Location was great. Comfortable and friendly. Good shower and wifi. Fridge. Lots of local restaurants. be guided by google. Fabulous town, lots to see...Esp. Castle and Revoltella Museum and brunch bargain at Caffe degli Specchi on main piazza.

We had terrible time finding this hotel/suite. The police did not know where it was and couldn't find it. We finally found small sign, entered to dark hall, NO Sign, No Way to know which of 6 or 7 floors. Finally someone came into the building and told us where, 1st floor, again, dark hall, door locked. VERY FRUSTRATING. We were given the wrong room, not one we paid for, extremely small. No one is at this property in the morning until 11am.

Everything, would NEVER recommend this hotel/suite. I don't even know how they qualify to be listed on Booking.com

This hotel has been so bad, that it has been the very badestrand hotel I ever States in. I rote from the beginng, that we had a late check-in. Which they wrote, that was No problem. I it was, when we came late abound midnight. We could not see the hotel, there was No Sighn, there was No light. I lokked like it was a bulding site or something. Then we Call the nummer, and it was a cleaning lady who answerd, and she Said, that there was No one at the disk, and the Key was at our room No. 7. And it was a problem, that we had a late check in. When we came to the room there was No sheet on the bed, and I had to Call the number again. She has to come from her House 20-25 min. Away. It tock more than 35 mins. She apologize and Said that she did not know what had happined, with our room, and I shoul not pay for the room. But they tock my money anyway, and I did pay for this. The breakfast was so bad, that my kids dis not whant to eat anything. This hotel was so bad and would not recommend this to anyone. The worst hotel I ever States in.

I loved the historical building combined with the modern facilities. Our room was decorated so tastfully and our hostess went to great lengths to help us in any way we asked.. The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of the old city and everything is within walking distance. We even walked to board our cruise ship ! Highly recommend the Ponterosso Suites !

The location was perfect. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was a big plus in hot weather. The room was quiet despite the restaurant downstairs. I definitely recommend it!

The kitchen could be better equipped. Cups and a knife were missing. We found only glasses for prosecco and cups for espresso. Bathroom could be cleaner. There was a mold in the shower.

this place is really special and made us wish we could have stayed longer. the room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. the location is perfect, just in the very center of Trieste, although it was a bit noisy on a saturday evening.

Perfect location, right in the center of Trieste, easy to find. Communication was smooth, it was easy for us to get in and out, even if we did not meet the host. The room is big, bright and beautiful, with a comfortable bed, ample space and great amenities. Everything was clean and comfy, too bad we could only spend 1 night there. Bonus points for the wonderful sunset view over the center and sea, straight from the room's window!
