It was pretty large and exceeded the expectations because the ratings were pretty bad. We did not have real problems

Picking up the key somewhere else is always a little annoying, but it was not really an issue It was not very clean, but alright

Nice comfy apartment, bigger than expected and bigger than our needs. I found the bed particularly comfortable (you have to put on the provided sheets).

Terrible overall experience. Apartment with 2 bedrooms where 1st works as corridor as you go through it when entering and then through 2nd room to get to kitchen and toiled - misleading photos. It's good only for couples, for others really unacceptable. Fridge is loud like a waterfall. Level of snow on the roof not maintained at all (and we are in Lapland!), heavy snow-fall severally cracked shield of my rental car, luckily covered by insurance. And still after damaging 2 cars at car park owner done nothing to solve it, only put tape around parking spots. We rented apartment for more then week and ordered apartment upgrade but still owner treats as like intruders. I received unpleasant call from owner asking to pay upgrade fee immediately or our belongings will be removed. This is in situation we are somewhere like in middle of rental period with virtually no risk of not covering our stay, they had my credit card number. Never experienced such behavior. Apartment operators from Saariselän Kuukkeli generally very helpful but it doesn't solve everything. Strongly not recommended for stay. Price not coming with quality at all.
