I liked that it was close to center of town and that the staff was nice and accomodating on short notice for my stay. It was a room wih a private bathroom so very nice privacy. There was breakfast included but i was not able to sit as i had to leave early.

The walls were really thin. There was a screaming kid next to me all afternoon. The shower lost hot water after a couple minutes, the toilet was not powerful enough to flush.

We tried to pay by card for the stay. The lady at the reception used all the numbers on the card, including the three-digit code. The same night our bank blocked our card because someone tried to withdraw $ 300 from it. We don't know if this is a coincidence, but it was very strange so be careful. The breakfast was really poor. Croissant, two pieces of bread, cheese and jam in a small box. You need to leave the key if you want to go somewhere.

The wifi was really good and the room we booked was spacious. The cost was low and they have free parking.

Most of the rooms are very small expect a few. This is and feels like a budget hotel. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom was dated and dingy.

Nice hotel with a big and compfortable room. Breakfast very simple, not much more than coffee and toast. City and coast can be reached in walking distance of 10min. Quiet location.

Close to 'center' of Rio Gallegos, a lot of places to eat/drink around. Friendly services, good rooms for cheap price. Nice lounge area
