La posizione, proprio di fronte al parcheggio a pagamento del porto, è la caratteristica migliore di questa austera struttura ricavata all'interno di un edificio residenziale. Il titolare, gentilissimo e cordiale ci ha fornito molte ed utili raccomandazioni. La colazione è composta da un cornetto ed un cappuccino, in un bar nelle vicinanze. Un minuscolo ascensore interno ed il comodo parcheggio a pagamento di fronte, anche se costantemente completo terminano la parte positiva della recensione.

Per la parte riguardanti i consigli di miglioramento, possiamo segnalare per prima cosa il riscaldamento, composto da un unico e rumoroso fan coil dentro la camera, il quale, se acceso, disturba il sonno a fasi alterne: attacca e stacca,, tutta la notte.. Nel bagno viceversa non c'era nessun tipo di riscaldamento, per cui nessun rumore, purtroppo però è stato impossibile fare una doccia a causa del freddo. Eviterei questo "relais" nel modo più assoluto nei periodi invernali, soprattutto da novembre a marzo. Il problema più grave però (magari si è trattato solo di un caso) è stata la terribile puzza di fogna che, durante la notte, proveniva direttamente dal bagno e saturava tutta la camera. Chiudendo la porta del bagno la situazione naturalmente è migliorata ma ormai la stanza era impregnata e così siamo arrivati al mattino. In conclusione diciamo che nella zona c'è sicuramente di meglio.

At first glance the place looks clean and tidy.

The bed had bugs, we had bites all over us on our backs only, and we sleep on our backs, so defintely not mosquitos. The hosts did not speak hardly and english and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to arrive and let us in. The noise was unbelievable from the ferry boats that dock about 100m away, again this is not mentioned in the description, ferries arrive late evening and drop anchors and cars going on and off late amt night and really early. Did not sleep at all. The toilet did not flush properly and took 4 or 5 flushes to move even a small amount of toilet paper. There was a smell of sewage and smoke when we first went in the room, the hosts left quickly after we arrived and we didnt see them again. We didnt even stay the second night, we packed up our things, got out of bed at 8pm and booked a hotel in Naples city, it was that bad. There was no point complaining to the host as they didnt speak english properly and we would expect the usual "there js nothing wrong with out room" so writing this here. Anyway, to finish....never again.

Clean, comfortable rooms perfectly located at the port. Friendly, responsive staff, and surrounded by great restaurants!

The breakfast wasn't all that. One coffee and one sweet croissant. Luckily, I had a package of Swedish hard bread I could survive on 😁

Well overpriced, dirty bathroom, no pressure in the shower, disappointing breakfast, the lady at the reception very polite however very difficult to communicate as we didn’t speak any Italian and the lady spoke only Italian, no parking available close by, but they have arranged that at additional cost 10 mins away from the hotel.
