We loved our family vacation in Capitol Hill! It was the perfect home away from home, and an ideal spring point for wandering around Seattle. We has everything we needed for a family with two children, ages 9 & 12. The home home is sweet, cozy and inviting. It was just the right a amount of space. The owners have thoughtfully provided so many things. Mike and Kat are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home!

The location is great!! You have multiple restaurants,shops,grocery stores within 2 blocks.Mike & Kathleen are amazing hosts, who really go out of their way to make your stay special.The apt is very well laid out, open floor plan.Beds so comfy.Kitchen well stocked. It was fun to explore the Broadway area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating, even added YouTubeTV to their streaming service so we could watch Huskie football!. Kitchen was well stocked so could easily cook. The 8 stairs up to the entry were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise our stay was great.

We were thrilled with this place. It was quaint & cozy with plenty of space for 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the side patio with late night snacks & drinks. Location was great. The property owners were awesome with communication & recommendations. We loved our stay in Seattle!

Renting and staying in One Off Broadway was a delightful experience. The owner was understanding and helpful when we needed to change our scheduled stay. Communication throughout was clear and thorough. The space was great for two couples and was comfortable for visits from our son and his friend. It is a great location to walk to QFC, restaurants, and Volunteer Park.

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely rental. It is exactly as advertised: a great location, a beautiful, well-equipped property with every amenity one could ever hope for, super convenient off-street parking, and extremely welcoming hosts who were always available to answer any question we might have. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, centrally located rental right in the middle of everything good that Seattle has to offer. We can't wait to go back!

This is our second stay at this property. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Location is perfect for enjoying Capital Hill and catching Light Rail to football game or downtown. Hosts are great.

What we really enjoyed about this property is the cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen is beautiful if you want to do some cooking and there are lovely local restaurants if you want to eat out. The beds are comfortable. Everything is well stocked and thought of. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The outdoor patio was a sweet little cove to have a quiet conversation. The warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was the cream on top.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals here in the US as well as outside the US. This is one of the best if not the best we’ve stayed in The instructions were clear. Check in was smooth. The owners checked in during the stay offering assistance but none was needed!’ I loved the little notes left around the rental reinforcing instructions on appliances, temperature control etc. The home was extremely comfortable and tasteful. We absolutely intend to stay at this rental next time we visit Seattle

This property is amazing. It is clean and so well stocked with everything you could need. Location is great. We used public transportation for the most part and it was very convenient. Neighborhood is quiet. Grocery store very close. Found a great place in the neighborhood that sells locally made frozen entrees for those days you are tired and just want to relax at home.

This very lovely, comfortable suite was perfect for two couples coming together to enjoy the city for the weekend. Had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Seattle to visit friends and see the sights. This place was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great (walking distance to just about everything you'd want to see in Seattle). The neighborhood is great and has a lot of charm.

We generally stay in hotels when traveling to Seattle. It was a choice between two hotel rooms or a VRBO with two bedrooms. Avoiding the usual haunts was our attempt to "reconnect" with the Capital Hill area. Our hosts were welcoming, informative, open to communication and information-sharing even before the booking. On arrival we were immediately impressed. The property does sit in a central part of Capital hill within easy walking or ride share distance from everywhere we wanted to be. As in the photo, the kitchen is magnificently appointed, thoughtfully stocked and appealing. Snacks, baked goods, and a bottle of wine awaited us. The nuance "little things" were all part of the first impression. The entire living space is beautifully decorated, tastefully/fashionably updated, while retaining the character of original construction. All one needs from music to wide screen TV with wealth of channels, gas fireplace, high quality furnishings, extremely comfortable bedding, toiletries, AND protected parking are all part of the package. This property is kept in immaculate shape, and the owners' rescue dog driveway greeting is a charming bonus. Throughout our stay we had privacy, comfort, felt welcomed, free of "house rules", and left with a feeling of having received fabulous value. Thank you Mike and Kathleen! We will return.

I actually hate to write this review, as I don't want everyone to discover this wonderful home-away-from-home. Owners Mike & Kathleen have put together a wonderful place, and covered every detail: immaculate, sunny, charming, with personal touches, and a chef's kitchen. We drove down, and then left our car securely parked (included in the rental) - the walkability of the neighbourhood is an A+, and there is Uber for anything slightly further afield. The whole drive home had me planning our next Seattle visit, so we can stay again. We look forward to our return - thanks Mike & Kathleen!

We really enjoyed our entire experience with One Block Off Broadway. Mike was a pleasure to work with - fantastic response times, follow up to questions, and extremely helpful with tips and suggestions. The place was super clean, great layout, and has everything you could want or need. The location is great as well: walking to Broadway was perfect for dinner, grocery market, local park, etc. In addition, uber rides to airport and Seattle attractions was a breeze and close. We could not have been happier with our stay and our experience with the owners. It felt like we were staying at a friends house the way we were treated from start to finish!!! Well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but an easy Uber or Lyft ride to all the major attractions. Large park nearby for runners, walkers or picnicking. Friendly hosts who know the area very well. Two masters each with their own bathroom were ideal for two couples. Well-stocked kitchen with all sorts of appliances. Many nice restaurants within a short walking distance. With some jostling, the owners made room for our two vehicles in their convenient parking area. We look forward to another stay at One Block Off Broadway!

We had such a nice stay I was sad to leave. I dont travel to Seattle often but if I did this would definitely be my go to rental!Mike even fixed the handle on my luggage that got broken from the airline baggage handling. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful--the accommodations were extremely comfortable, the home and neighborhood easy to access, and the host warmly attentive regarding check-in, etc. Though centrally located to Link, grocery, restaurants, parks, it is a very quiet home for rest and relaxation--a perfect combination. We were very happy with our experience.
