Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. There is a lot of great livable space that worked extremely well. The unit itself is worn down and hasn't been maintained. There was also a lot of trash and worn out furniture left in the bottom floor area near the elevator access. It is a shame that the property wasn't in better shape because it is a great space.

Communication on how to get into property was poor. People at gate and island check in center were not helpful because we booked through a third party. Property was very nice but in need of upkeep. Lots of chipped paint in dining room, chipped paint on tables, TV/entertainment center looked like it was in the middle of installation. One TV on the floor not hooked up in the living room, the one that was hooked up was not hung in the wall spot but instead was sitting on a table with all the visible wires running from the wall. Just not professional and not expected for a property this nice. One of the beds was absolutely terrible. I'm still sore.

We just got back from staying at this villa and it was wonderful. It is so comfortable and up to date, decor-wise. Not to mention the unbelievable views. The beach access and pool access are both fabulous. It has a very secluded feel too, I think we saw more deer than people outside the villa! Best beach vacation we've ever had - don't hesitate to rent this property!

Even though there are other villas nearby, it feels private and secluded. The villa is beautifully decorated with a bright and airy feel.
