Basic ok and decent value for money.
Hard to find! The location pin was wrong and it's only a narrow doorway to an upstairs location. Took me an hour to find made worse by the phone number being wrong.

Un personnel très accueillant, l’hôtel est proche du centre-ville, les chambres étaient propres et un très bon petit déjeuner

Hôtel dans une petite rue au calme, situé à 200 mètres de la porte de france (bab al bahr) donnant accès à la médina, aux différents souks, la mosquée Zitouna. L'église St Patrick est tout à coté également. Petit déjeuner basique mais suffisant (chocolat au lait ou thé ou café, pain beurre confiture, 1 tranche de cake, 1 oeuf dur, 1 jus d'orange). Chambre prête en fin de matinée au calme au 2e etage, pratique pour quelques nuitées, propre pour un tarif très correct. Bon wifi. Le personnel à la réception et la dame de ménage/petit déjeuner sont toujours très sympathiques. (ce n'est pas la 1ere fois que je viens 😉). Taxis à disposition sur la rue principale (à 15 minutes maximum de l'aéroport - 7 dt -). Des petits restaurants aux alentours.

The hotel and its staff (especially Wahid on reception) were great. However the hotel is a very narrow street with lots of stairs and NO lift.

Good place for a shirt stay, friendly staff, clean room, and good location if you have to be the capital.
The area of this hotel is not very friendly, local shops and taxi drivers, will try to rip you off when they see that you are a stranger or a tourist.

The property was ok. It is in the middle of the capitol near the madina square (near all the markets), so it is quite strategic.
There was no elevator so you will have to carry your own luggages. No ref inside the room, and no working table for laptop. They did not allow us to accommodate visitors and friends inside the room which was understandable, for security purposes, but they should have been a little more considerate.

The location was good. The breakfast was okay but dont expect to much. The staff were good they gave us better room, when we wanted to stay together as a couple.
There was a fly in the room. I could barely sleep. There was no hair dry. The pillow was too high.

Breakfast was good. They served different items each day to vary. Mainly continental tunis style not hot breakfast . I was happy with selection. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There was nothing they couldn't arrange for me and always answered my questions politely. It looks a bit dicey on arrival but is fine inside. Very quiet too for sleeping. Security at door.
Would have liked Kettle and cup in room to make tea.

The room is small but existing wall pillars permit to place comfortably numerous luggage, The breakfast provided is good and in quiet entourage and the bathroom is clean. The service is helpful and fast.
The image shown at webpage is misleading. The hotel has humble entrance and is situated in an old building adjacent to parking place and construction site, while the photo visible on page suggests that it is a relatively modern structure. In fact there is no elevator, which seems to have existed, but was replaced by closed square shaft around which a staircase winds. Water easily spills from shower on entire floor (too short shower curtain?). It seems that AC is out of order and it was not possible to turn it on.

Great location. Serviceable breakfast. Decent sized rooms and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
Beds are way too hard, but this is personal preference. The door of the bathroom did not close properly. There was no warm water in the shower for one of the three nights of our stay.

Breakfast was good, location to be desired because at a dead end and does not look safe although actually was safe.
Patio door to balcony cannot be locked.
Something wrong in Booking .com reservation site. I want a stay on 17-03 and end up with reservation on 18-03. Paid cash with receipt and hope will not be charged for 18-03.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the medina and the main streets, yet tucked far enough away to be quiet and calm. My check-in went very smoothly and the lady at the desk was friendly and efficient. I would certainly stay here again.
I didn't like the fact that I had to catch an early flight so could not experience the breakfast. The receptionist did say she could get me something early but I declined.

Amicability of the staff, Bilel and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming, very kind people indeed. Always ready to help the traveler.
Well, the hotel had not updated its paying policy, which is only cash, not credit card as advertised back when I booked it, which put unnecessary pressure on my. I spent a wee bit of time finding an ATM that would work. Try Zaituna 🏧 just outside the Madina, or better yet, the other branch two blocks or so from the cathedral. Bring cash in hand to settle your Metropole bill.

The place is well situated. It is 20mins walk from the TMG metro station, 5mins walk to a Monoprix, 10mins walk to Tunis de Gare (Barcelone station), and 2-5mins from the gate of Medina. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple and good. Wifi was decent. The most important part is the people at reception were very helpful, gave me useful tips on how to take Lougage (shared taxi) for example to reach to Dougga. They were polite and kind.

The personal has been super nice with us.
Nice breakfast. Simple but great portion and tasty.
They let us stay in their waiting room for almost 3 hours after check-out as our flight leaves very late at night. That´s very nice of them.
The shower... water will be everywhere after taking a shower...
