The location is very good for both the old town, port and local transportation.

Ubicación excelente, aunque el hotel está en los últimos pisos de un edificio, no a pie de calle, es un poco raro. Parece más una pensión. La habitación estaba correcta, a pesar de ser muy pequeña. Para una noche está bien.

El precio de la habitación individual por 130 eur es carísimo.

We booked as it was a great location with parking near by. The hotel room was spacious for a family of four and had an outside terrace area.

We were happy with our stay and would stay again.

La simpatía por los trabajadores y la excelente ubicación es lo que hace especial a este lugar. Las camas eran de calidad demostrando rigidez y confort. Por otro lado, al estar ubicado el hotel en una octava planta, no se escucha los ruidos de la calle en mitad de la noche.

Hubo varias cosas las cuales necesitan mejorar en la instalación: hubo muchisimo polvo debajo de la cama (en nuestro caso, habia una persona con muchísima alergia al polvo y no paro de estornudar en el alojamiento) y los aires acondicionados empezaron a gotear en mitad de la noche empapando la cama y encharcando el suelo.

The hotel is located in Soho, a nice area or Malaga, right next to the port and very close to the centre. Very close to public transport. You will find lots of restaurants and cafes. Location is amazing and very convenient. The bed was old, but comfortable. There were 4 pillows. There was a safe and a fridge in the room. There was a balcony with 2 chairs. AC/heating available.

1. The staff was okay, not so friendly, not so warm. Please, smile more. Hope you like your job. 2. Staff watching videos with a loud sound, and talking very loudly next to the guest rooms. Please, respect your guests. Many of us can be sleeping, can be very tired... You spoke late at night and early morning. This is basic courtesy everyone has to learn. 3. The fridge temperature wasn’t as cold as a it was suppose to be. 4. The room, chair, bed, linens, all were old. 5. The balcony had 2 chairs, but no mini table. It is always nice to be on a balcony, but without a tiny table not great. 6. The hotel is located is on the 8th floor, but some rooms are located above the 8th floor with the access only by stairs. If you have heavy luggage, tell reception you need a room at the elevator level. 7. The bathroom was missing body soap. There were only hand soap and shampoos. 8. No kettle, no coffee maker. 9. Old towels. 10. Really bad WiFi connection.

Ich Habe im Hotel Castillaguerrero gewohnt da das Alameda Málaga geschloßen war. Es ging mir an einem Tag nicht serhr gut und die reception hat mich sofort zu einen Taxi vor der Tür begleitet und dem Taxi Fahre gesagt wo er mich hinfahren soll. Toller Service alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und bemüht einen zu Helfen. Hotel Zimmer sind modern eingerichte und überal ist W-Lan vorhanden

Diese Hotel ist was für Kurz Reisen zb 2-7 Tage OK da Kaum abstell möglich keiten im Zimmer vorhande sind.
