TV didn’t work. bathrooms dated and shower grout needed a good scrub.

The chateau it's self is beautiful building with good restaurant and breakfast.

The room was small, dark and dusty. Almost no day light. They should pay more attention to cleaning. Every towel we got was with unwashed stains. Mirror heating in the bathroom switched on & off itself, room got extremely hot due to it. The location is not the best. Returning back later in the dark (in the winter 6pm) means walking through muddy pathes without public lighting.

It is a beautiful Hotel outside and inside. Their restaurant food is delicious and good service from the students who served us. The only thing we found delicious is the transport from the hotel to the city centre. Late night we took taxi because walking to the hill is quite challenging. Other than that everything is perfect.

Really nice building, clean comfortable rooms.

Location is at the top of a hill, 35min walk to town down very steep hills & steps, obviously harder coming back, was told 20/ 25 euro for taxi, poor bus service. Service not great, not many staff spoke English.

Hotel is super nice, nature around is beautiful and it is very peaceful. We had king suite room with a living room and it was great. Beds super comfy. Staff very helpful and responsive. However, breakfast was extremely disappointing. No veggies, no choice of food, very poor for a 4* hotel. This is the only minus. Everything else made our experience great.
