La salle de bain est spacieuse.
Les lits sont confortables.
Le petit déjeuner est bon.
Le frigo était en panne, je l'ai signalé, on m'a répondu que c'était normal.
Le personnel parle sur le dos des autres clients ouvertement au petit-déjeuner.
Une dame du personnel demande à un employé des tâches d'une façon hautaine.
La façon de parler aux clients est arrogante.
Les lits jumeaux sont collés l'un à l'autre sans possibilité de les écarter.

Great location, close to the beach, parking space, super friendly staff, the lobby and the dining room are very well decorated. Excellent breakfast. Also, it's a dog-friendly place ;)
The bedroom was rather disappointing compared to the common area. It looked old fashioned, and a bit worn out too. But we were not there to stay all day in the room, so...

The room was ok but the floor wasn't very clean . Found hair in several places stuck on the carpet.

Great hotel in a very good location. Very friendly staff. For those of us that are motorcyclists, secure garage parking is available.

Firstly, the hotel is on great location (~100m to the nearest beach). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of varieties.
Regarding the room, the bathroom is big and modern. The two (additional) beds were folded, so more space in the room.
Great commodity is a bike rack within the parking lot.
We didn't like that the Bed sheets were full of someones hair - it could be a bit cleaner. Hopefully this is lone case.
Also, beds are not as comfortable as expected - the mattresses are not supportive enough and pillows are oversized. Small fridge is barely functioning - don't expect to cold your drinks in a timely manner.

The hotel is well located in the middle of De Panne. The beach promenade is in within walking distance. My room was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was balanced and delicious. The hotel stuff was very friendly and the checkin was fast and uncomplicated. In a nutshell, everything was fine :-)

I enjoyed the hotel with my family and my dog is also accepted. I recommend this hotel because there is a parking space, the breakfast is very good and the location is closed from the center.

The shower.
It was noisy until 1.15 am. The receptionist said that was quite normal and to be expected, so the hotel might be an OK choice for party people, but not for those who want a full night’s sleep. The room was extremely small with no space to put your suitcase, but it was modern and clean.
