There was staff at the reception all the time so it made us feel safe

the place is old and run down, they only have maximum of 1 bed apartments ,vey quiet location would like to be more central,staff at the,reception abit,rude it was rainning outside i went to ask for 1 sachet of sugar the lady at the reception told.me.we.only give sugar once you have to but your own now

Our first apartment wasn't comfortable (smell of tobacco, as it was near the smoking area) and we asked if we could get another room. The manager was very understanding. Even it was full, she found a nice apartment. We really appreciated it. It was comfortable, clean and with nice views. It is really easy to get to Paris. Cheap travelling cost. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed was not uncomfortable. Many places the mattress is very hard and difficult to sleep on. This was not the case. It wasn't the greatest, but we did not wake up with our backs aching any more than usual.

Might be easiest to dp this in list format. 1) The pictures representing the rooms online did not accurately represent the room itself. The room itself was like a seriously dated version of the picture which showed a fresh, bright, clean room. 2) Bathroom door didn't lock. The lock had been broken so long that it had been painted over. 3) USB ports next to the bed didn't work. 4) Lamps by the bed didn't work. 5) Stove was either off or on. No in between. 6) No hand soap provided in the bathroom. No toiletries provided at all. 7) Less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided. So, if you do stay here, make sure you bring some. 8) No additional trash bags provided other than the very small 1 bag already in the can. Make sure you bring larger ones if you are staying more than 1 night. You are expected to take the trash to the dumpster outside before you check out. 9) Bathroom faucet was quite loose and wobbly. 10) The breakfast was not worth the cost. There were 2 kinds of cereal (corn flakes and chocolate flakes), but no milk provided. Croissants, bread, baguette, butter, spreads, and yogurt. If you need something other than carbs, carbs, and more carbs, we do not recommend paying for the breakfast. Even if you aren't on a low-carb diet, it's not a good way to start the day. 11) TV remote never worked. Eventually figured out how to get the tv on, but that was it. Mentioned the issue to the front desk, they did nothing to resolve it. 12) This isn't so much a negative, as just an observation/information. There was 1 pan and 1 pot. I think there were about 3 forks. You don't expect large amounts of these things, so it isn't really a big deal. So long as you are not staying and planning to cook huge meals, it would work fine (as long as you aren't a large family and need more than 3 utensils).
