"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception desk, and we were directed by other guests to find the receptionist outside smoking. The check-in process was done with minimal information about the facility. The initial standard room was quite underwhelming, and the windowless bathroom was a hassle, especially since the ventilation was non-functional. We reported this issue at the front desk, deeming it a crucial matter, but the response we received was rude and unprofessional. Not only were they unwilling to send someone to inspect and address the problem, but we were also told that we couldn't get another room. This lack of assistance was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. Furthermore, the shower exhibited severe mold issues along all its edges, which significantly impacted our perception of hygiene. Upon waking up, we discovered that the pillows inside the pillowcases were stained and yellowish, a clear sign of their age and poor cleanliness. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of dreadful, and we strongly discourage anyone from staying here. We hope that significant improvements are made to the facility and the service in the future."

Good location, just a few minutes from the airport. Staff was great, they were really nice and helped me with whatever I needed help with. Good aircondition, it was cool and pleasant.

I could hear every step and every person talking through the door from my hotel room. I wish the doors were more noise isolating.

The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and responsive - coordinated a shuttle pick-up from the airport very last minute right after I booked my stay due to a flight delay. They also helped booked a taxi for the following morning, although I'm not sure why I couldn't take the shuttle again as indicated on their website (the taxi costs 20Euros to go less than 3miles to the airport?!)...

The pictures are rather misleading unfortunately - the hotel is pretty dingy and in need of a renovation. Hallways are dusty / dark and have an odd smell. While the room was pretty spacious with ample storage / closet space, the lighting was bad and required opening the curtains to really see anything. More importantly, there was a gross, damp towel on the floor in my room that was collecting the dripping water from a leaky AC unit. I also found a hair on one of the bath towels, and the safe didn't work. Shower is super small and drained so slowly the water pools around your feet - would be even more uncomfortable for a tall person as the shower head is really low. Another thing to note is the WiFi is slow, and there is no restaurant or bar on-site as noted on the website.

We stayed for one night. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. We had a really early flight and the front desk arranged a taxi for us to leave at 4:00 am. The taxi cost money, but I am so grateful that the hotel arranged the taxi. We didn't have breakfast because we left so early. The night before we left, we walked down to the beach. It is a nice area. There is a grocery store that is a half-a-block from the hotel.

I would have appreciated being informed up front that the 4:00 AM taxi would cost additional money. I assumed that it would, but the person at the front desk could have been up front and let us know. We would have still paid for it.

almost no hot water in the shower, to get even slightly warm the volume was very low, same in the evening and morning. airconditioning not very efficient and noisy if full fan. bed mattress thin and soft. if this was an 80euro a night hotel then it would be fine, but because of cancelled flights at the airport and a shortage of rooms everyone puts the price up, so for 293 Euro I expect a much better standard of hotel, rather than just ripping people off because they can.

The room was very clean. There was a spacious terrace on the balcony but you couldn’t see a view because it was surrounded with a tarp for balconies. Perhaps because the view was backyards of other housings. It made it intimate. We asked for a wake up call for 3:00 am so, didn’t have time for breakfast. It is actually a Comfort Inn Not a Hotel, so maybe, that made it a bit pricey.

Expecting it to be a hotel and when I saw it was a Comfort Inn, I was expecting more but still very satisfied with my very short stay. super clean, welcoming, very helpful for finding a taxi for 3:00 am and nice.

We felt like we were scammed The hotel is most defintatly not a 4 star hotel. At most 3. The pictures does not reflect the condition of the place and the price we payed is way too high to what the facility has to offer. Dont stay there!

I have no idea how this rated as highly as it did. The place looks nothing like the pictures. It is in a rundown area. There is no restaurant and the airport shuttle only brings you TO the hotel…to get to the airport you need a taxi which was at least on time and reasonably priced. No restaurant, had to find something close by that was halfway decent. Breakfast was poor. Rooms were old, air conditioning was not cool enough. It was only for one night but…I would not recommend.

The room smelled like smoke, covered up with strong disinfectant. Neighborhood was sketchy. They promised a shuttle to the airport. It turned out to be a black paneled, unmarked van that cost 20 Euros. The room was tiny. I did not feel safe there.
