The only thing that was good about this hotel was having a pool (without payment)

This was the worst hotel I stayed in my entire life. The staff I called did not speak English and there was a very rude lady who said only "no" with a very angry voice and shut down the phone. I had to make an important call and every time I called I received the same response. I thought it was maybe because I did not understand German but later on I asked a friend of mine (whois German) to call them, and apparently the lady was also rude in German. The hotel was a joke. There is wifi apparently but the hotel personnel repeatedly refused to share the password Saying "the internet is not good". The breakfast was the worst, the room was super hot with no airconditioning. There is no mini fridge in the room. The parking lot is surprisingly free but full of small insects which took us 3 days to remove them!! Also, there was personnel smoking just next to the door of the corridors which filled the corridors with smoking smell. I attach the photo of those. It was SO TERRIBLE for us to be in this hotel, I felt like the hotel inspector from Ocean's Thirteen who was pranked continuously. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Seriously what type of a hotel has a receptionist that answers phones which does not speak English (and extremely rude!) and has no wifi (or refuses to share password?!?!) in 2022. Come on!

Kids friendly and everything under one roof

The sport facilities were good, versatile and abundant. If one had more days here they could train in many forms with high quality equipment.

There weren't air conditioning in the rooms so they could be really hot in the summer. The accessibility options could reached only with effort. There were no food alternatives for allergic or sensitive persons, such as me, no lactose free products for example. The warm food were overdone. There were only German texts for the different types of teas. The staff had difficulties with English. The bottom of the shower cabin was really slippery without any bar to get hold. There wasn't shortcut from the parking lots to the hotel proper, one should pull their packages all the way around from the car to the reception or should park to the place for the buses until pack in or out.

Professional and friendly staff. Also very good in English. Lots of sporting possibilities within the hotel: Tennis, climbing, pool, badminton, table tennis, swimming, etc.

Nothing much to see in the surroundings. Rooms are clean but outdated.

The most uncomfortable area. Bedbugs ate us all and after staying one night we packed our things and just run away the most horrible travel.

Every thing were perfect, but the room didn't have refrigerator and the nearest tram station is around 20 minute by walk

Just stayed one night, arriving late leaving early. Worked for us. But most people their were clearly staying longer and using the facilities as a sport hotel.
