Perfect location in the center of the city with (paying) parking in the same building. Spacious room with a view of the city. Excellent (paying) breakfast on the top floor with a view.

Well in the end it got a little expensive with everything included but it was alright given the location and the quality of the service.

Perfect location for the Christmas market! Would stay again!

Perfect location for sightseeing and visiting Christmas market. We arrived early, but they let us check in right away. The room is small, but everything is designed well and comfortable. I contacted them prior to our stay for some questions. They responded quickly and it was very helpful. There is a Italian restaurant on Grand floor, their food was delicious, too. We were very happy with our stay there.

Nothing. Maybe it would be nice if they had a coffee machine in a room or lobby, but there is a nice coffee shop nearby so it wasn't really problem.

it is located in such a good location . walking distance to most attractions with the castle just next door . only had to take a bus to the rally documentary grounds but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel too. most importantly, the staff were all so friendly and warm and we feel so welcome there . the room is quiet even though it is located in town , and during winter it was nice and warm. attached picture is view from our room . highly recommended

The entire staff was incredible Beginning with Tamas upon checking in and providing help when ever we needed it. Vera was so helpful and friendly Zdrowka (spelling) was so helpful at breakfast, and we asked about a laundromat and she took our clothes washed them folded them and returned them. So helpful We can’t say enough positives about the staff. They deserve accolades

Everything was very easy to get to, and Khristine was truly amazing! She went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed, and made such a beautiful start to our day. Her kindness coupled with her extraordinary customer service made our stay wonderful and we’d love to come back again someday.

That we didn’t get to stay much longer than we had hoped for! It was a great delight spending a night here.
