Location and spa facilities are good, hotel was clean and room was large enough

Room location - we had room 104 which was at the top of a staircase of which every guest used. There was no sound proofing so as a result if you are allocated this room you can not sleep until the last guest goes to sleep and you are awake when the first guest decides to be awake. Notified hotel and they didn't offer any help for a solution even though possible solutions where available. Minimum requirement of a hotel is you can sleep when you want to this is not an option with this room. Friendliness of check in / check out lady leaves a lot to be desired. Also issues with inflexibility with the hotel on booking.

Location was very good, breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

First off our dinner was not good at all - the steak was flavorless and although a good cut of meat was of rather poor quality. The sauces were Magi like from my wife's mushroom sauce to my peppercorn sauce for her meal. The end result 2 people over 75 Euros for a meal I would say was bad if it had been 40 Euros - ie eat dinner someplace else like we did after we had one meal. The room was really more like one from a 3 star hotel, bed not the best, pillow not that great, bathroom was nice but again more of a 3 star.
