En general un hotel muy básico para pasar no más de una noche.

Es un hotel antiguo, que tiene mas pinta de hostal o pensión que de hotel 3 estrellas. El personal fue correcto, demasiado serios quizás para atender al público, pero educados. La habitación es tirando a pequeña, tiene una neverita. El baño tiene bañera pero no tapón, por lo que si quieres usarla tendrás que pedir uno, a nosotros nos apaño el segundo y último día. Se oye toda la fontanería de las habitaciones colindantes, estuvimos escuchando toda la noche la cisterna de la habitación de al lado , a parte de la nuestra y las tuberías. Las almohadas son muy muy finas, y la cama de muelles. Si pagas en efectivo te entra el desayuno, cosa que no te lo dicen hasta que dices la forma de pago en recepción. En teoría el desayuno es de 7 a 10h, llegamos a las 9:30 y no quedaba casi nada. La camarera que estaba atendiendo, vestía de calle, y lo único que nos ofreció son unos donuts. Un poco mal organizado y mala presencia. Creo que todo tiene mucho margen de mejora.

Very noisy from very early, could hear water being used from somewhere, too loud to be able to sleep.. The beds were small and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the shower head was cracked so the water went everywhere. I was expecting a relaxing night and a good sleep but this was not possible.

had lovely, helpful staff. With a clean pool that you can access any time. The location was really beautiful for walking.

Only thing was the location. If you are using buses to get to the center of Santander then it’s a 20-30 walk to the bus stop. However saying that it’s a beautiful walk.

Lovely little place just outside of Santander. I arrived quite late so the desk wasn't staffed for check-in, so there was a bit of a wait. No problems other than that. Beds were very comfortable and I had no difficulties being warm enough throughout the night. Decor was interesting... very American. It added charm. Bathroom was clean and the water was warm. Staff were kind enough to call a taxi for me in the morning.

Wasn't really staffed on the Sunday morning I was leaving, but it was okay - they were responsive to my texts. Location is kinda nowhere, but close enough to the City and the Airport that the taxi fare wasn't too bad.
