Helpful and pleasant staff. Really good choices for breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Short walk to lovely beaches with good bars, cafes and restaurants. Comfortable sun loungers around lovely clean pool.

Service a little lacking around the pool but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel. Charging for a safe in this day and age a little strange.

Staff very professional, attentive and friendly. Rooms and beds incredibly comfortable. Gym very well equipped. A must stay when visiting Orihuela Costa.

Excellent location very clean and quiet the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The gardens were immaculate attention to detail extremely good. The hotel is near to the beach and marina also plenty of restaurants walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plentiful the staff are a credit to the hotel always a smile and a friendly welcome.

The swimming pool was freezing couldn’t use it even though the outside temperature was hot very disappointing. There was no entertainment not even a guitarist at the weekend the food was just ok very good restaurants walking distance. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms not even any bottle water also no conditioner no personal items you would need in the bathroom which one would expect for a four star hotel.

Sheets were rough. Should have water free in rooms. Cups should be renewed daily. Pool towels should be included.

Excellent hotel, rooms are big with good Aircon. Nice bathroom with a power shower, the safety deposit box is free in the room. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. It has a large swimming pool with a spacious terrace. Located 5 mins walk from the beach and restaurants. Good stop over location as it's not far from the motorway.
