Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, wir wurden super informiert über die Insel und das Hotel. Beim Gepäck wurde uns geholfen.
Das Hotel macht schon von außen einen guten Eindruck, der beim betreten des Hotels sich nochmals verstärkt. Alles tip top.
Zimmer sehr gemütlich, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab einen riesigen Schrank im Zimmer. Ablagen im Bad waren sehr gut. Zwei Haken mehr für die großen Badetücher wären schön (ich habe aber immer Ikea Haken dabei 😉).
Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut.

Good comfortable rooms, though a bit smaller than the area given in the specs. Breakfast was very good, again not much variations in the menu

Decent location. Short walk small hill into Fira town. Breakfast was great and lots of loungers by the pool!
It’s like a maze trying to get to your room! The blow dryer was horrible. Beds were ok.

A clean refreshing pool with many chairs and a pool bar that serves food. Towels were provided at the pool. Clean rooms and had a great sleep. Was provided with an upgraded room by the wonderful staff. Had a great view of the pool courtyard. Walking distance to town.

The property was beautiful, and SO clean! It was located in a prime/perfect location as well. It was close walk to FIRA but also a bit outside of all the craziness/hustle and bustle.
The staff are very friendly, and accommodating and go above and beyond. The pool staff is extremely attentive and also go above and beyond to make everyone’s experience wonderful during their stay.
The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything - do not expect to sleep in comfortably without being woken up to your neighbours shower and or the chairs in the rooms being dragged across the floor

Staff was great,room and cleanliness was very good.
Cant drink the tap water and hotel did not provide any in the room daily .coffee in the room would have been nice as well. Felt for the cost a litre of water daily should have been supplied at a minimum

Everything was great, very clean vicinity and friendly staffs. The breakfast options were amazing 👏🏾. The staffs made sure you're comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there. And we also got a welcome gift from the hotel.😊

our room was so far from the reception. we had to leave the hotel property twice to get to our room. breakfast was included but the options were not optimal

we liked EVERYTHING about the property. Our room was excellent with a view over the pool and the sea in the distance. A very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.A 10 min stroll along the Caldera path took us into the centre of Fira. Breakfast varied every day so everybody was catered for. the staff were marvellous
The ONLY downside was the swimming pool temperature. It was freezing! The pool loungers, beds and bar area were immaculate as was the whole hotel but the pool remained empty

Wonderful hotel and great management.
We booked for one night but our flight got to Santorini for 7a.m. which was hours before check in, so they upgraded our room and also said we can have an extra breakfast at 8 for free rather than having to go find breakfast outside..
The hotel was gorgeous and the room was amazing with gorgeous views! The management was great and was at service straight away when needed! 11/10! would recommend to anyone travelling to Santorini.

A fantastic place but on a hill, which gives amazing views but it’s a bit of a steep walk up if you’re on foot.

They upgraded our room which was super nice and even added a bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon. The breakfast is a super varied buffet, we loved it! The room was nice and the pool is quite big. We also enjoyed the gym and the staff was pleasant, smiling and helpful. It is well located, just few steps from the city center. It is a good value for money.
The sauna, the interior spa and the hammam were not working which is a pity for such a big hotel. But to be fair, we came during the low season, that is s why some facilities were not available.
