The very exclusive and high end appearance of the hotel. Nice and cosy reception area. Great breakfast and restaurant with a fantastic view in the garden. And again: A very, very friendly and attentive staff, always greeting you and wiching you the best for the day.

I could'nt find anything that disturbed me at all.

There was no telephone in the room. I didn't like that.

We've spent 2 months touring Scandinavia and northern Europe and the Amerika takes the prize of providing the best breakfast - genuinely exceptional. The staff were delightful too, from Peter at the front desk to the waiters - we thought it would just be a quick late night stopover but it was much more worthwhile than that.

The location in a quit restful and nice easy environment

Very nice hotel. very spacy rooms, mine with a small balcony and view over the woods. Lovely spacy bathroom with all facilities. Hairdryer, shampoo etc. all provided. great free WIFI. I came sunday afternoon when the reception was closed and could call someone and then got great advice how to get in and my key ready for me to pick up. Great information via mail etc. all way through before and up to my stay.

I could not adjust the sound on the TV at all which was very irritating. Fantastic area but if you dont have a car, a long way from any shops, supermarket, city centre so be preparred for this. Restaurant not open on sundays so no provision options in this case - bring your own sandwich, drinks etc. other than this, I highly recommend this hotel.
