Ich kam sehr früh an und konnte Punkt 9:00 Uhr morgens mein Zimmer beziehen. Das zugehörige Restaurant, in dem es Frühstück und Mittagessen gibt, hat mir gut gefallen. Das Zimmer selbst war makellos sauber und sehr angenehm. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war herausragend.

Vielleicht der einzige Minuspunkt, der mich allerdings nicht allzu sehr gestört hat, ist die recht laute Lüftungs- und Klimaanlage.

Huone oli kylmä tai viileä. Olin 2 yötä lämpötils ei noussut kuin vsdta toisena päivänä kun säätimen laitoin auto asentoon. Silitysrauta ja lauta olisi pitänyt varata ennakkoon. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla klo 16 jlk. Vartiointiliike ei tiennyt ko.välineistä mitään, eikä moelestäni tarvitsekaan. En tiennyt varata etukäteen kun en tiennyt tarvitsevsni silitysvälineitä.

The room where the breakfast is served is not enough big to accommodate all guests. If you want to have a breakfast in a quite place, you should go very early.

The hotel is located near the bus station and not far from the old town or the university. The room had a small fridge. Near the loby there is a free machine for hot water and coffee (with several extra hot drinks for a fee) and a microwave. The bathroom has a heated floor!! The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The WIFI is very fast.

The mattress was a little bit simple.

The hotel was in a very good location, next to the bus station. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was especially good. The staff was very friendly.

At first it felt like the bedclothes were synthetic and made you sweat, but by the second night that feeling was gone.

It was impossible to regulate the heating in the kids,' room. They had to move out in the middle of the night! The original deal included breakfast - neither the hotel nor Booking.com could decide who was at fault. We booked, thinking breakfast was included. It was clearly stated as such. I feel that some minimum compensation should be offered.

The location was very convenient and the staff at Hotelli Helmi were really helpful and friendly. I liked the 1930s design and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast area usually seemed to be crowded. This made it less relaxing and sometimes difficult to find a table, although the buffet breakfast itself was very good.

The hotel is very clean and the location is good. It is very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was very sufficient for my purposes (I did not watch a film, for example, on my laptop). The hotel and room are very basic, no "frills." The breakfast is good: the usual generous Finnish hotel breakfast with fruit, yogurt, breads, cheese and meats with salad, porridge, eggs, rice pies, and meats. The breakfast hours are great for early-risers, beginning at 6:30am on weekdays and 7 on Saturday. I walked everywhere except the beach, to which I traveled by bus.

I would have appreciated a small table for a work space.
