Pool was amazing, rooms were clean and perfect. Staff were more than accommodating, allowing very late check out. Short walk to restaurant corner. Would highly recommend.

Mostly local Vietnamese tourists, few westerners.

It has 2 swimming pools which are both nice. The resort is one of the nicest looking in the area, but has much to improve.

There is no customer service. The bar at the pool is not working. No drinks by the pool. Barely anyone can speak English. The rooms are ok, but could be cleaner. There is no safe deposit box in the room. Breakfast is poor. Not much to choose from.

I had to pay extra charge for a new room.It was not what I booked on website. Breakfast only for asian guests. We spent 14days but not met us for leaving 2days early.(refund only half night) No continental breakfast(yogurt,hot coffee,hot milk...). In a Country of delicious fruits just choise 2 kind of bad fruits. No request were met. Noisy music(same song for 8 hours) No clean beach. Resort under costruction so some complain

The place

Food

Our number one thing for this Hotel was the swimming pools which we had pretty much to ourselves. They were well-maintained, nicely deep and most importantly practically ours. Due to arriving just as Tet was about to start we had the place to ourselves until our 4th and final day. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a bit dull and not up to the standard of other buffets we had in Vietnam. Although we were warned and did agree to it the massive price jump for Tet for everything from the room to motorbike hire was quire extreme.

Some more fruit options would have made it perfect

the view is good, private beach, nice facilities for children to enjoy

the bathroom has no door (only a curtain), would be good to have room service options as getting food is a little difficult at night.

Room is poorly designed. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries or soap. Structures in the shower for hanging towels is an accident waiting for guests to trip on. Need door for privacy to the. Bathroom. Food need improvement and time for Breakfast too short 7 to 9..most of us still sleeping. Staffs can be more helpful to assist guests. Kitchen staffs can be more friendlier

Although the resort is not yet finished and there are (loud) construction works going on, the resort is beautiful.

Most of the staff is unprofessional and does not speak (proper) English. The wake you up early (07.45 am) to ask if we want the housekeeping to come in. We received raw eggs for breakfast. The breakfast options are very limited and not at the level you would expect at a 4 star resort. In general, the resort is more like a 3 star resort with a 2 star service.

We loved how peaceful it was and the beach on our doorstep. The pool was lovely and overlooked the beach, the food was amazing and fresh and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough

The food we purchased was good. the pools are beautiful but there isn’t much beach to enjoy because of the tide. The beds are comfortable

When we arrived there were almost no people or staff. The bar wasn’t functioning as a result of low bookings for the first day, so getting service was a bit challenging. Many people arrived on our second day, which also meant the peace and quiet did. One day we woke up to loud music playing from the staff. There is still a lot of construction happening, we were told the second pool wasn’t ready to be swam in because they were still cleaning it, but people seemed to be swimming in it anyway.
