It’s very expensive for Thailand. And we declined the offer of 19 euros per person per day for breakfast. That’s a crazy price for breakfast in Thailand.

the restaurant wasn’t open at all , it all needs repairs and maintenance there are no umbrellas or shade of any kind at pool? the garden was overgrown .

Nice shared pool as well as private pool by the villa. Quiet area. Helpful staff. Elegant villa.

The house we stayed in, was visibly not new anymore. It could use some more care, change the lightbulbs that weren't working, mostly smaller things.

The staff was amazing, they were there to help us with every little issues we had. The ladies at the reception desk played with our son and would bring him presents so they could play together. My son had such a great time there and so did we. Amazing place, well located. The pool is big and really nice. The site is well kept and beautiful. Couldn't ask for more.

The pandemic left a scar on the tourism industry in Thailand and like a lot of places, it shows a little bit...

this island is amazing in every way except the lack of nice beaches. Due to the tides, there is a lot of garbage on the beaches and no one cleanes them unfortunately.

Rooms were big, the main pool was beautiful and it was right on the beach front

Our private pool could have been cleaner, our shower was only cold (although this wasn't so bad as it was so hot), facilities like their restaurant and spa were not open.

It's a very nice place on the island of Koh Yao Noi, the private villa with shared pool and just a few steps to the general big pool was very nice and comfortable. As traveling is currently still difficult and restricted - it was nice an quiet, but even with people in other villas, all were quiet and calm people. The restaurant's (Rice Paddy Restaurant) breakfast was very good and we also decided to dine in the Rice Paddy mot of the nights, as the food and the service was just so good. But in walking distance there are numerous restaurants, massages, boat trip offers etc.

Everything was perfect here.

The rooms are spacious and the view is great. The restaurant attached to the accommodation is fabulous. If you have a room with breakfast you will also have your breakfast here which is exceptionally great. You should also have lunch or dinner in this restaurant at least once.

When we entered the room we had to take 1,5h hours to kill around 50 mosquitos. Unfortunately this problem did not stop during our whole stay, The staff did some spraying but we also felt that they did not take this problem serious. The air-condition is not working properly and is very, very noisy. Even on the lowest fan it sounds like somebody is vacuum cleaning right next to you. No way to sleep with this air condition. The water in the bathrooms always has a light brown color and sometimes it is even like dark brown dirt. The whirl pool function at the private pool is not working. The rooms are really old, worn out and don't seem to be maintained. The wallpaper is coming off, the wooden furniture is broken on certain spots and has stains, there are holes in the wall where most probably have been pictures before and I will not go into the details of the signs of age in the bathrooms. The owner is building some more rooms in an apartment building behind the houses around the pool. It would be a recommendation to first renovate the existing accommodations.

Pool, even it looked bit green?. Location was great and for a group of 4 people it was nice staying.

Horrible AC... it was so loud we needed to have ear plugs for whole night. Also tempeture was impossible to set up so we didn't slept very well.

rooms are rather outdated and not what you expect for this price and the 4 star rating…. for instance the bubble bath part in the swimming pool doesn’t work. The water of the shower isn’t very hot and the rain shower doesn’t function well.

The staff were so lovely! The Rice Paddy restaurant attached to the hotel was exceptional!

Very friendly people make you feel stay at home. Especially the restaurant is a great place to be. Frank is the chef anf he and his team are so great and offer delicious food.

All was great, all stuff friendly, villas good, position of the hotel also very good. I can just recommend.

The team was adorable with us. We loved our stay at the niramayar, the garden in front of the beach, the private swiming pool, the restaurant, the bar and the belgium draft beer, the possibility to rent a scooter at the hotel.. we don t regret our choice, great souvenirs.
