Overpriced. Not worth the money. I payed more than 1k for 3 nights and I got room with faulty shower that has been fixed (not really fixed) with sticky tape

The place is very dated and rooms a bit noisy as people sit outside and have smoko. it is ok for a nigh halt if need be.

The location of this motel is brilliant. So close to the city centre.

It’s a little dated now and there are no openable windows to air the room but it is still very serviceable.

nothing like photos. room was musky smelling . carpets were badly stained , dust was on everything. sink tap was hanging off . need’s bulldozing. don’t stay here . worst hotel ever . shouldn’t be on booking. pool was boarded up fridge had never been defrosted . filthy room . booking needs to inspect & remove from website. we slept fully clothed, not to touch anything. couldn’t wait to leave .

Guests extremely loud all night nothing done about noise, room was dirty, bathroom had mould in the shower, poor quality for an extremely high price

Great staff, lovely quiet environment. Clean. Only downfall was no sink to wash dishes but no big deal. Great value

One of the Hotel's Representative behaviour was really aggressive. Feeling really disappointed. He was intoxicated and behaved badly with even kids along with adults. We are customer went over there as a group. Although Wifi was not working at the corner rooms but we have not complained. One of the guest complaint about noise and the hotel responsible person behaved badly. It was like in assault stage with kids. our kids were so scared and were crying for 30 mins which is not accepted at all. We lodged complain to hotel manager and she apologised to us for the incident. There are so ant ways to deal simple problem. The particular guest yelling us few times but we have ignored. the same guest complain about us. we should be informed precisely instead of roughly.
