location and modern room

My room was above the restaurant, in the morning (6 o'clock) noise from the entrance/kitchen

The staffs are all friendly..

The doors are not really fix or i don't know why they have given forceto close, it is very noisy, even all neighbor rooms are the same

The location is very convenient to go to my office in Oude Tonge and the restaurant is good with service for breakfast, lunch and dinner what is very convenient during a business trip.

The stairs to go to the room are not very convenient for a big suitcase but the guys working in the renovation of the building in front were very kind to help. The heater of my specific room was not heating the room properly, I understood they are newly renovated rooms with heaters with better performance. I hope to stay in one of those rooms next time.

No heating in the room. Staff do’s not care. Don’t stay there!

The room was clean. Parking was easy.

The room (Single Bedroom) is minuscule! I mean minuscule. So it was too expensive. But the biggest problem was the smell. When I entered the room which is under the roof there was already this smell. I think it come from the chimney/ smoke stack on the roof. And as the window does not close completely (no window handle), this smell comes during the whole night and it does not seem healthy to me!!! I did not feel comfortable.
