It is very far from the Railway station ss well as the airport

Reservation staff behave bad. We wished to pay 50% amount at check-in but they forced in paying full amount. Late check-out not given, food buffet not good

Very bad service from manager and staff. They seemed like demotivated. Not interested in service. Very bad experience. Also I shared same with them after that too they were least affected. Would never recommend this hotel. Go to some other 5star hotel for real 5 Star experience. These people done deserve these stars. Just by having ITC name I selected this hotel. But I will not make this mistake. Many things why I didn't like too long to explain here.

parking facility is not good. we checked in at 9pm. we requested them to arrange extra bed immediate after checkin. we got extra bed at 11.30pm after calling 4 times. cold milk taste was not good during breakfast. we requested for fresh milk.
