Very clean appartment, friendly owners, very helpful and available to help. Good size of the pool Bbq site

Very nice villa in a calm little village. You need car because it’s about 20-25 minutes to nearest town (Labin) . The villa has everything you need and a nice and clean pool. Small beach is 10 minutes walk. You have two restaurants, one small supermarket and a beach bar in the village. Perfect for a peaceful holiday!

The view from the balcony is great, the apartment size is as described. The location is specific, for people who want the peace of a small village and small inaccessible beaches.

There is no umbrella on the described balcony so you can use it only when the sun is not strong or in the evening. Although the apartment is solid in size, everything is as if you come to your aunt's for the weekend to place where she stacks her old and unnecessary things, overused furniture from the '80s, complete with faux wood paneling on the ceiling. It is not as you would expect from an apartment that you rent out for money. The size of the kitchen is inadequate for the size of the apartment. The flat plate was broken and only one hob worked barely. The beach is an 11-minute walk downhill, the uphill is a little longer when you return. We didn't mind, the Croatian coast is wonderful as it is, but this location it's not convenient for small children. The beach has no shade at all, you have to rent an umbrella, it's not exactly the protection for a whole day at the beach. We were looking for some trees and natural shade. We returned the day before, so we gave away one day of our vacation + 145 euros. We do not recommend it.

Our stay was outstanding. Ravni is a very quiet and beautiful place with a good option of pretty beaches that can be reached from the apartment in 10-15 minutes on foot. The biggest advantage of our apartment was the spectacular view of the sea and the pool. This view will stay in our memory for a very long time. The equipment and cleanliness of the apartment at a very good level, and our host Barbara did her best to make our stay pleasant. We liked it so much that we spontaneously decided to extend our stay by one night. I definitely recommend this place for a great vacation!

That we could stay here only 5 nights :)

Everything was great, superb, clean apartment with amazing view and a comfy terrace, even for a family of 5. Pool was also great, we all enjoyed it in the mornings. Flexible host. Nice, quiet area, great beaches nearby, perfect for a family vacation. We will return!

A little few glasses, could have used a few more skillets, larger pot for cooking, and another remote control for AC in living room. But these are all minor issues.

Great view on the Sea and nearby islands Cres and Losinj, nice private swimming pool, calm neighborhood and friendly host.
