The only lift was on a 3 day rebuild/modenisation and to reach our room meant two difficult flights of stairs which was difficult and painful for my wife

Wifi is terrible. But thats not all, even cellphone signal is bad so you cant use internet at all

Delicious Polish breakfast. Delicious dinner. Big living room with separate bedroom. Clean bathroom. Bedroom was very warm and cosy.

Bed was comfortable and room was warm.Breakfast was very good!

Affordable price. The hotel's location is not challenging to find from the closest bus stop. Next to the hotel, there is a Biedronka store. The breakfast service was satisfactory. The receptionists were polite. My room was big enough.

Perhaps considering the hotel's cheapness I shouldn't have raised my expectations, but I was expecting it to be somewhat better for a 3-stars hotel imho. First of all, neither in the room nor in the bath, there was an A/C system. Fortunately the window could be widely opened, which was the only way to establish an air flow more or less, otherwise my room was so sweltry and airless. My room was not cleaned, my bed was not made, the bath stuff (towels, shampoo, soap) was not replaced. (If there was a door sign to be hung on to request clean-up, I could not find any sign like that.) It could be better if a couple of slippers were served in the room as well, especially considering the fact that the floor of the room was dirty. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow, that's why I had to switch to my 4G mobile data. The furniture, especially the bed, were quite old and the bed was uncomfortable and even fragile. There was no waste basket in the room.

Not impressive breakfast and too few (4) parking spots by the hotel’s entrance.
