Great location only a 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to the bars/restaurants/shops where the nearest bus stop is also located and where you will get picked up for most trips. Staff went above and beyond to help and were very friendly and approachable. We had a private suite and rooms have touch screen buttons at your door if you do or do not need your room cleaning for that day. Very peaceful and calm hotel just off the strip where you are close enough for everything but far away from any noise. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Tigaki area.
Tip: if you have a late flight it’s worth asking about late check out if it is available, we paid €35 (£30) to keep our room until 6pm
If I had to be picky it would be to supply tea/coffee in rooms as you have mugs and a kettle but no tea/coffee/milk

Location was brill, rooms were modern and clean, swim up was perfect

Nice hotel with good food!

1, private pool apartments need to be more separated from the other apartments with some fence and higher wall ( you have more privacy at your back patio , outside area with sun beds and pool.
2, I really expected some amazing freshly made pita bread and hummus- that would have been a simple but easy addition to the Greek cousin
PLEASE MANAGEMENT SORT MORE PRIVACY at your new built private swimming pool suits and we will definitely return 😉

the breakfast and dinner included were great and fresh. The room had an amazing view and watched the sunset. I'd advise booking a taxi prior as they are quite difficult to get a hold of.

I loved how low key the hotel was not too busy or commercialised . it was very modern and stylish with a really good vibe about it and the staff couldn’t do enough for you .

All the staff were very friendly and approachable. On arrival we upgraded to a swim up pool which I would highly recommend, having your own pool and balcony was amazing in the heat. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was always clean after the cleaners came.
The location of the hotel was amazing. It was right next to a strip of bars, restaurants and shops, and a 2 minute walk from the beach.
There are plenty of excursions on offer, I’d recommend the thermal springs! We also took the bus to Kos Town which was really easy and only 4 euro return.

Everything! the best hotel we have stayed in 😍
We booked a regular room but we got a room with a private pool. The staff is very nice! Everyone in the kitchen and the girls at the front desk were very polite. Everything in the rooms and on the territory is new. The beach and water in this place are very good, no rocks 🌊

It is a family business. The moment you enter hotel they all try to make you feel comfortable. Everything was super nice during our trip. If we come to Kos again sure we are gonna stay here. Thanks for everything

All inclusive drinks very limited even some local own brands not included. As well as lime cordial🙄 wine lager vodka and Bacardi seemed to be only options.

Modern, clean, stylish rooms, swim up room was amazing. Great value for money, staff were friendly and the owners were constantly around making sure everyone was happy. Gorgeous lighting and chilled atmosphere around the pool at night, really nice wine and generous measures with the spirits. Food was tasty and there was plenty of it and the coffee was delicious. I had a fabulous Indian head massage, price of treatments were very reasonable.
Not too keen on the music in the bar at night. Cocktail of the day could have been included with the all inclusive. Massage took place in full view of everyone.

the rooms I had was spacious and I loved the Bathroom.
as all inclusive I must say David always made sure we had plenty of drinks ( never an empty glass)
As a truly family run hotel ( mum dad sisters brothers cousins) I think they all do a marvellous job. we all had massages even the child with us and she did a great job really relaxing.
the food was a little repetitive. but it was end of season so I would presume not buying in much stock.

This hotel made our holiday!!! It really is a beautiful family ran Hotel and we are so happy we booked with you! Thank you so so much to both Katerina & Poppy for making out stay so comfortable, smooth and enjoyable!! You were both always so helpful, attentive and absolutely made our stay! With the additional admin that goes in to holidays now with Covid, you completely eliminated any stress and arranged this for us with no issue! The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area was always kept clean and inviting! The added bonus was the birthday decorations you arranged in the room!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Structure very nice, clean and in a quiet location. Friendly and attentive staff to meet all kinds of requests. Adjacent to the resort, facility for renting mopeds, quads, and bicycles. Really recommend for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday while visiting the beauty of the island.

The hotel was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We had a swim-up room with access to a private shared pool and it was just perfect. The buffet offers everything you need, from basics that are always there to changing meals at lunch or dinner time. We also really liked that we could use the all-in service even before official check-in and after check-out. Even though the hotel was fully booked you didn't feel like there were too many people and covid-19 policies were good. Staff is really nice and helpful and we can absolutely recommend to book a massage (extra cost). It was great and we'll definitely come back!
Given that it is a 3-star hotel, there is nothing we didn't like. Price and service match perfectly so we didn't bother too much about things that might have been worth mentioning if it was a 4-star hotel. Everything was very good for the price you pay - actually you get even more than you pay.

The suit with the swimming pool was a great value for money. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always available. the variety of food was good. Walking distance from the beach, and very close to the shops.
Didn't have many amenities. The cleaning times were each time different - so difficult to organize your day - one day they came after lunch (during nap h)-
