Hotel s nádherným výhledem, venkovním bazénem, oborou s daňky a jeleny, hřištěm. Nádhera si sednout k bazénu a koukat do okolí. Personál ochotný, usměvavý a milý. Pokoj čistý a prostorný. Snídaně tak akorát. Škoda, že jsem byli jen jednu noc...

Amazing view, very clean apartments, excellent breakfast, nice wellness, lots of sport activities to try, friendly and responsive staff.
Probably the only thing is the wi-fi in the room (ours was room 46). It was very-very slow and unstable.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the check-in experience was great, food quality was great, and all that.
There was nothing awful, it's just that it was overpriced. Definitely not worth 217 EUR per night.

Beautiful resort, staff was lovely, food was great, swimming pool and jacuzzi just perfect, restaurant serves nice cocktails and good quality beers... but overall the staff, they are great, very helpful through the day.

The brekfast had poor variety, especially if you think it's 4 star hotel, plus it would be nice to have more TV channels or smart TV in the 4 stars hotel.

Far from the city center, taxi 1k one way. Hotel needs renovation. Rooms haven’t been clean on daily base. Bar is having limited opening hours, limited food and no service, you need to order at the bar. Quite poor overall for 4* hotel.

The location , family friendly and staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, the wardrobe had good storage space. The balcony was nice .
There were no free plugs to charge you phone. Another lamp/ light by the mirror would be useful . The pillows were old and very lumpy .

Everything was perfect. The staff is very kind especially the guys at the restaurant bar at dinner. Good breakfast, spacious room. Very nice stay.
It isnt a big issue but maybe if you add a box of tissues in each room would be very helpful.

A bit of the disappointment with the restaurant which closed on Sunday at 7 pm even though at check-in we were told we can order till 9 pm, in the end it's a village and the hotel is the only place to get food, especially if you're travelling with kids

VERY nice view on the hotel's surroundings, especially from the restaurant's terrace, impressing sport infrastructure
Worst breakfast i have ever had in a hotel ( pale bakery from plastic bags, poor quality of ingredients, Little choice), very difficult to communicate in any language other than Czech (restaurant menu, documents for accomodation). Plus (here rather a matter of individual preferencje): extremely meat-based menu - including The "Kids menu". Numerous stains on the room floor.
