We were so impressed by the generosity of the breakfast. We are a group with vegetarian and vegan diets and they went out of their way to provide generous food for us.

It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room.

Shower a bit hit and miss

Great value for money. Really like the walk from the train station through Bunter Garden. Simple accommodation but got everything I need. The staff are wonderful ( this is my second time staying here, and they seem to always have great staff! ).

I don’t have complaints for the price I paid, but if the owner of the property would like to improve more: WiFi was strong and wondering, however on Sunday I had NONE in my room all of a sudden. What happened??( there was WiFi in the restaurant though); maybe they can either wash or replace the shower curtain every once in a while? It had a rather strong stench both times ( this time and 2 years ago); breakfast was adequate but on Sunday I got no vegetables or fruits or juice. Next time can I get something other than ham, cheese and bread? Anything cheap, like🍅🥒. Is it possible?? Even if you don’t, I will stay here again next time I am in Monchengladbach 💓

The staff were very polite, spoke English very well, food was excellent, overall a very pleasant stay, just wish it had been pleasure instead of my brothers funeral. Thank you for hospitality, we will return. Alan and Pat xx
