The breakfast was average

The blackout blind was missing and it is supposed to be a new hotel.

All of the front desk and maid service was impeccable and very respectable to me.Every one of the employees that work at the TRU Hilton were very helpful and took care of any question or concern I had. I would stay here anytime I'm in Lehi area hands down all around GREAT experience! I highly recommend anybody in the Lehi, West Highland area look into the TRU Hilton west of I-15 Freeway. I needed to book earlier to reserve the nights and rooms I was seeking. Live and learn. Thanks again to the the person that does the hiring here at Tru Hilton it was a Great Experience. If I had my own hotel I would hire the exact same people to take care of my customers they were trained correctly and properly informed of what their job entails thank you again, bye.

I couldn't book a week straight in advance once I realized how good of an experience it was going to be but I won't make that mistake again. I have stayed in the most expensive nicest four star five star hotels in the country and I would rather stay here than any of those snobby places.

Breakfast was very good. It was very busy but a lady named Precy Mazo (or something like that) worked busily and kept everything stocked and organized. No one gave her any attention, much less thanks, but it was obvious to me that she was responsible for the great breakfast experience. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are well designed with guests in mind because the number and placement of plugs and USB chargers is great. Perfect pressure and temperature shower as well.”

Staff was amazing. They were very helpful and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable.

Rooms were small, and there was not very much storage. Floors were sticky ,like they had not been properly cleaned.

The view is beautiful and the bed is comfortable

The bathroom sink is really small and there’s no room to place your products. And another thing that bothered me is that is not very clear that the hotel is inside a canyon and you have to pay the canyon fee to get in. A person that is not from the area wouldn’t know that and it caught off guard.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have fun front area for families pool table and nice reading area. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. It is in a great location close to shopping and family fun activities.

The breakfast food was disappointing.

I had requested a bathtub but was given a room with a shower.

pretty accessible right off the highway. Very colorful so it made it look lively. The night shift lady and the graveyard lady were very nice and approachable.

Breakfast could have have a little bit more of a variety. The morning shift lady wasn't approachable and felt like we were bothering her when we talked to her about a few things regarding breakfast. Was only nice when the gentleman was there at checkout.

We liked the breakfast and the location was very convenient. The rooms were nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and they tried very hard to resolve an issue we had with the room.

Had a problem with the first room they put us in. It did not have a privacy/blackout curtain, so they put us into another room and the privacy/blackout curtain was broken and could not be raised, so we could not look out the window.

They charged my card multiple times and just kept apologizing then the next day would charge it again and after we had multiple three way calls with my bank the returned it all and but once offered anything to make it right and put my bank account in the negative it was a joke

The breakfast was great every morning. Very friendly staff! The room was clean and quiet. Loved the curtains, they closed out all the light. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Enjoyed the lobby with games and tables to play them at. And a nice pool table too. The whole experience was just wonderful! Will definitely be our go to place in this area!

It didn't have a microwave in the room.

Close to many activities and stores. The guy that helped us check in after an hour + waiting is really nice and welcoming.

I understand they have short staff but at least let us know if we will have to wait 1hr + for our room to be ready. We got there at 3 which is the check in time and the girl said on a few min it will be ready which turned into an hour and we had to meet family at 4. Which we ended up being late to. Our room was next to the laundry room & we Couldn’t sleep all night because they had that door open and three fans on that were loud. We were able to hear it even with our ac going in the room. I asked front desk if they could turn them off or close the door to it and she said “ it gets really hot in there” mind you they didn’t have any laundry going. Finally to top it off we got ready to get breakfast at 7:40 am only to find there was hardly anything there & the pancake machine kept acting up. Ice machine on first floor was broken, our sink was clogged, beds were dirty. We have been to this hotel many times before and never had these issues until now. We will be trying to different hotel on our next visit.

It was pet friendly and unfortunately pets were urinating in the floor in lobby and elevator. Dog owners were not cleaning up after dog.

We only stayed one night and didn’t get there until 8pm so we didn’t really have time to find something we didn’t like.
