We loved the entire place. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the whole facility is very clean and well maintained, the food from all the restaurants were amazing! The setup of the strip is perfect for family as you can have everything at one place-there are multiple of pools, beach, arcade center, cinema, food court restaurants, spa, bar, club and casino

Cost of meals Smoking in certain floors and areas like Casino, Nightclub and other areas. You can smell smoke in many areas of hotel. Why is hotel risking health of start and patrons for the sake of a few grubby gamblers who want to double or nothing their mountains of cash? Hotel orientated very much at the Chinese gamblers and locals are excluded. Why are the ladies in the very revealing clothes paraded out the front of the Roxy nightclub in the main lobby??? We can only guess as one such obvious activity is not allowed under the law...

Very clean with grand decor. Luxurious clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff and awesome pool and beach. Free use of pool tables in Fuel and Grand Bistro. Gym has everything you need.

Very quiet with little to no atmosphere (maybe time of year and weekday). Virtual golf, bowling and drinks cost same as home. Golf at the Bluffs is expensive for non-golfers, $350 for hire of clubs/buggy and 9 holes.

The waiters and waitress at the restaurant lemon grass was so nice

We came on the weekdays, just 2 restaurants open ( pool restaurant or lemon grass) and room service. I tried room service, and lemon grass, the food was away to salty. If you seat on the terasse of lemon grass to eat at lunch time, too many flies. The breakfast was buffet, my last morning breakfast when I stay there, I found hair in the glass noodle, n I reported to the waitress, the supervisors came to ask about the incidence, they said they would change the whole patch of glass noodle and apology. The room was too cold, we didn't know why, we changed the temperature but it kept turn back. The shower design was to back when the water keep leaking easy, we did felt few times. The slipper of the hotel was really slippery when the floor is wet. The soap and shampoo smelt like old salty lemon. Weekdays have not much activities. Not worth for the price

The fact that they made an error and double charged me for my stay has put a damper and I now have a very bad memory of the place. I was promised that my refund would be in the bank in 5 days, today April 15th has been 26 days and my bank has not received a release or authorization from their bank to credit my visa. I made many calls, send many emails to the hotel, but they have done absolutely nothing to reimburse me the amount they so quickly charged to my visa. I guess they could have done something different to fix the error the front desk clerk made, but they did not. It makes me question the intent of what was done to me.

The facilities were great. Location was beautiful, the only let down was the staff. MOST were amazing, but definitely some rude, abrupt, maybe even racist staff. Very disappointing in this regard and should be taken into account before booking.... Would only recommend 1-2 nights maximum.

staff did not address, customers smoking in hallways on nonsmoking floors, as they just sat there for extended periods of time smoking cigarettes which made the stay very uncomfortable when walking in and out of our room to use the hotel facilities for my family as some are not able to tolerate the Oder.
