El desayuno muy variado, el hotel cuenta con un restaurant en su interior con una carta bastante variada, muy rico!! amplio espacio para estacionar y con mucha seguridad. ademas del personal muy amable.
En las habitaciones se escucha lo que se conversa en los pasillos

The bed. Super comfortable and the best thing in the room. Also the restaurant is good but is not the best I’ve tried in Calama.
Rooms WITHOUT air conditioning, old installations, bathroom appliances not as good as the price of the room suggest.

the hotel is neat and in a good location. it has an excellent restaurant and staff, even though expensive
we ordered a take away breakfast as we had to leave early. terrible, no cutlery, average sandwich. i guess better then nothing ?

LOVED it! I think it's the best hotel in Calama, considering value for money. Great breakfast, rooms amazing, nice pool and outside area. We even extended our stay, because we got sick and there was no better place to rest than here.
Would have loved having a kettle in the room to make coffee.

The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to help when there wasn't any hot water in the entire hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant (Oasis) was top-notch. Wonderful menu, tasty food and excellent quality. The rooms were adequate and clean and the bed was very comfortable!
There was construction going on (it looks like they're expanding the restaurant) so those aspects were a bit unsightly and noisy at times. But, it was acceptable.

The room was great, with massive, comfy bed and lovely rocking chair. Big TV if that's your thing. Peaceful place with nice outdoors. Option to use pool & gym. Staff were kind and communication great.
Shower could be better, but it's not awful. One evening it was a bit noisy from live entertainment in the restaurant that stopped before midnight so didn't affect the sleep too much. Coffee at breakfast, served from thermos wasn't really a coffee but warm milk with a hint of coffee, could be improved.

Excelellent place quiet for resting. Uf you want to rest this is the place. The facilites are confortable and the staff was good.

Nothing special really, still one of the best places in Calama. Restaurant in he hotel was relatively good, with good choices and tasty food.
Pool was full of sand, no AC in restaurant. Coffee was very bad, almost undrinkable, wine was served at ambient temperature, some 24-25C....
