We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home in quiet neighborhood close to markets and restaurants. The house was well stocked with supplies for cooking in, and the hosts left thoughtful snacks and coffee.wonderful stay!

Great communication and customer service. They went above and beyond… We left an IPad by accident and they helped track it down, package, and send back to us. All with a great attitude and expediency. Property is great with tons of little “extras”.

Stayed here for a quick getaway for the weekend. Great location. Located in the middle of everything we were doing! Super clean and the owner thought of all the little things to help make the stay very comfortable! Appreciated the little snacks, makeup remover, coffee and all the necessities. The property inside is immaculate, furnished well, and roomy. Everything that you think you need, Brandy has supplied. It was just like being home. She even left facial wash, body wash, and extra toothbrushes (if you left yours as my daughter did). The snacks were nice, too. I will definitely be using this property again when in Dallas.

This is by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of little touches made our visit perfect. We have used VRBO for 20 years. This was the best experience we have had. Property was better than pictures showed, host was super responsive, and the amenities were outstanding. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

I stayed here with my family while visiting Dallas for a wedding. This house worked out perfectly. The check in process was very easy and instructions about the house were clear and easy to follow. Little things we appreciated were the plenty of hangers in the closets, and the extra toiletries in the bathrooms. It’s always nice to find lotion, Qtips, and body wash! Whenever I had to communicate the Brandy, the host, she was quite quick to respond to offer clarification or whatever it is I needed. We would definitely stay in this rental again!

A very cozy stay for friends and family! Comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and lovely backyard! Very high on my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area!

The home was very clean and in a safe location. The host did a great job thinking of all the extras to provide, and organized everything in an easy to find way. We appreciated the toys & games available for our kids to play with (they are already asking for a foosball table for Christmas). We came during a major heatwave—109° and the house was very comfortable and cool inside. We were able to enjoy the backyard a little in the mornings before the sun became too much. A neighbor a few doors down the street was having a large estate sale during our entire stay. This did create quite a bit of traffic and cars parking along the somewhat narrow street. This was out of the hosts control, and we were thankful to be able to park in the back of the house. The back gate was a bit difficult to close/secure. It would have been great if there was a way to lock the home from the back door exit so that when leaving the property we didn’t have to drive to the front to pick up the person locking the home. Just an update to consider in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great house, especially if you’re a family traveling with kids.

We came in town to visit family that live a street over, so this house was in the perfect location to walk between houses. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! We loved the extra coffee and the kids loved the snacks provided. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient to highways and poplar attractions in the Colony. We will definitely book again!

This house was amazing. It was immaculately clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was easy to navigate, super quiet, and filled with trees. My kids enjoyed going to the small water park nearby and my husband and I enjoyed a great local coffee shop. The little touches, like plenty of extra blankets and towels and a huge washer and dryer, were added bonuses.

My daughter and a team mate had a Team USA Hockey development camp in Valley Ranch, and this house was a quick 15-20 minute drive to the rink. Two dads and two 16 yr olds fir perfect in this home. Everything was as advertised….new appliances, ample parking, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. In house guest book answered any questions and property manager made our late night check-in easy. Check out for a 6am DFW flight was seamless as well. The location was in a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors who said good morning every day.Thank you for a great weekend!

The house was very clean and welcoming. Games for kids of all ages. Nicely decorated and plenty of space. They took care of all the little details and made our stay amazing. Would definitely book again.

The house is in a cute well-manicured neighborhood with trails and a nice playground for children. The house was immaculate, very well stocked with everything you could need, and worked out perfectly for my family- we had 2 couples and a toddler. There was plenty of room for all of us and the bunk bed was a hit with my toddler. There were toys and books for her and a few things in the backyard as well to keep her busy which we very much appreciated :) Between the basketball hoop, trampoline and slide, she was kept entertained. For people with children: there’s a nice playground about a 20-min walk through the neighborhood (5 min drive). The little park is nice & shaded and a trail runs through it as well. Overall, this was likely the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in and we thoroughly enjoyed the place :)

This property was incredible. The house is so cute. It was in a great location for our activities. The house had everything you could think of. If you are traveling with an infant, it had a pack n play, high chair and toys. They provided waters, coffee, nice soaps and plenty of towels. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Highly recommend this property!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate! The owners really put a lot of thought into their future guests! There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks for adults and children, which was super important to us since we have 4 kids! I think we found our forever home away from home when we visit family up north! 10/10!

This property had the best accommodations of any of our recent stays! From the description of the property, to the small intangibles! Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to start. We were displaced from our home in Carrollton due to water damage and this home was just PERFECT! Everything from check in process to the perfect appointments within the home - we couldn’t have been happier! Now when we have family in town - we know what property we will look into them renting during their stay! Bravo!
