This location is right in the middle of the action. Walk out the front door for and no matter what direction, there's great restaurants, bars, etc in all directions. We liked how the space is flexible so you can book 1, 2 or 3 units depending on your needs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We came to Pittsburgh to celebrate a family member who loves the Steelers and heard all good things about Pittsburgh and the people here. This house with its three separate apartments was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of common space to spend time together but more importantly, when spending 24x7 with family, it offered more than enough private space for everyone to have a spot to retreat to. We had 10 people actually end up staying as four in our party had to back out but we would have felt the same privacy even if they had come. The owner was responsive and proactive, coming to fix things we didn’t know were broken arriving when we first entered to ensure all was in working order having notified us ahead. Great communication! The apartments are all updated, simply and comfortably decorated/furnished. Could use a colander but we managed with what we found. Finally the location was within 20 minutes drive time max of all the points of interest we were interested in. We also felt safe walking the neighborhood as well as getting to the beautiful walking/bike riding trail that followed along a river. I would highly recommend this for any large family gathering or for friends that want to share a location and enjoy common and private time together.

Plenty of room for everyone to gather, but also enough privacy to have some down time. Had everything we needed, and found everything as described. One or two comments about outside noise both in alley behind house and front sidewalks. Most likely out of the owner's control. Would suggest moving the shower curtain bar closer to the floor on first floor walk-in shower, as the floor got unavoidably wet, though we tried... Thank you for a great venue. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The free parking was a great bonus!!

We were in from out of state for a long weekend to attend a family wedding in Pittsburgh. Worked well with multiple families staying in one place. Enough room for everyone (16 adults/8 couples) but also enough space to meet everyone's needs. We cooked some meals in, but there are also a lot of resteraunts and bars within walking distance. Liked that we hade space included to park 4 vehicles.

Unfortunately the property is nothing like what is represented on the listing and photos. Extremely run down and outdated, very unsafe neighborhood and you have to park around the block in back of the property (no rear entrance) in a dark alley. For younger people it might be just fine, but for 8 women in their 50’s it just did not work. We walked in, were there for 30 minutes, and paid for 8 hotel rooms elsewhere. The owner refused to give even a partial refund.

Having grown up in the ‘Burg, it was great to see the South side revitalized. It was perfect for our family groupings; we had six sets of folks (parents/adult kids on their own/adult kids with partners) who each had plenty of privacy and space! Thank you!

Property was great! Plenty of space for our group. Bars, restaurants, stores were all close by and only a 10 min drive to PNC park. We loved Churn across the street for our coffee and ice cream needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast staying at this property. We at 14 people with ages across the board and we had so much room for everyone. Place was renovated and had everything we needed for the week we stayed here. Parking was great for our four vehicles and everything was within a 15 minute drive. And Primanti's was only two blocks away. Owners were great with communication and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everything in the unit worked great, except we could never figure out how to get the basic cable to work (needs instructions for the electronic devices at unit), but otherwise the unit was perfect. The various "living rooms" allowed for different activities based on what folks wanted to do, and the number of showers made it easy for 10 of us to get ready quickly. The location was great for us, as everything we wanted to do was within an easy walk. I would highly recommend the unit and I gave this place, and the owners 5 stars.

I'm part of a small software development team that meets a few times a year in different locations. This place was fantastic. Large enough to fit all of us. Clean. And within walking distance of almost everything. Surrounded by good food. And had a nice working area. The WIFI was fantastic, this is usually a struggle for us in most places, but not here. Would certainly stay here again.

Best decision ever to rent this space for our family as we gathered for our daughter’s destination wedding! The space was clean, great redone space just as pictured, right in the heart of the Southside Flats. Everyone got their own bedroom space, plenty of bathrooms, well appointed kitchens and common space. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a large group gathering in Pittsburgh. You are convenient to downtown, Phipps/ Oakland and Mt Washington. There are great bars and restaurants within walks distance. Thanks for a great stay!!

As advertised! This was in a great location with plenty of cafés and unique bars to enjoy your day. The Nightlife is also great. A short Uber/Lyft to PNC and the surrounding area. We had a great time for our sons bachelor week! TY

Great location if you want to be right in the thick of it. The bedrooms on the street side can be quite noisy, but I guess that comes with the territory. There’s a ton of bedrooms to choose from though. Met all of our expectations. Great free parking and large areas to join up with the group.

Perfect property for traveling groups and multiple families. Having multiple units under 1 roof was a huge bonus as it allowed us to all be together while also having some space. Property was beautiful and extremely clean! 4 car parking is a huge plus! Would absolutely stay here again
