Wonderful experience. Ocean views are stellar and the back gate opens right to the beach access. Well appointed kitchen. Woke up every morning with ocean views from the master bed. Jakob, the owner was quick to respond to any of our questions and very helpful.

The views from this home were outstanding. I cannot express how wonderful the sunrise is and how clean the beaches are. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to a grocery store for anything you may need. We did have a few issues with the home but the response time was extremely quick. A little frustrating that we had to deal with repairs/issues while away on vacation but they were handled immediately. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you may need to make a meal. The home was very clean when we arrived, and the ease of booking was very easy. Enjoyed our week for sure.

Views of the beach and sunrise spectacular! Our place was very nice - surface clean but could use a deep clearning (shampoo rugs and blinds). Smelled musty at first, but that disappated as the week went on with opening windows and use. Garbage and recyclables had been sitting for some time - once we put that to the curb - the garage smelled much better! Would stay there again!

My family and I enjoyed our week at sea island city immensely. We were very lucky and had great weather. The location was perfect for us. We look forward to doing it again. Jacob was always available to answer any questions we had promptly.

We absolutely love Sea Isle city and the location and views were wonderful! We felt that the property itself was a little tired and needed some updating and maintenance. We were also surprised and a little disappointed that beach tags were not included. There also wasn’t much in the way of beach chairs umbrella etc. This has not been our experience over the years so we did not come as prepared.. Thankfully no beach Checkers we’re around all week. Weather was incredible!

Location could not be better (patio opens onto beach access!) and home is well kept and clean.. Jakob was great to communicate with. Will definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our adult family. Jakob responded to my questions quickly and professionally.

Overall the place was beautiful, nicely furnished and the location is amazing - 180 degree views of the sea. The place is nicely maintained and furnished, including the kitchen, and there is adequate parking. We had our 20th Women's Weekend there and it was a stunner with way better than expected weather. Note in the fine print, you have to bring your own linens and bedding, which is tricky when people are flying in. And cleaning service is not included so be prepared to scrub toilets and run the vacuum. Also, from the ground to the top bedroom is three flights up. That was only clear from the reviews, not so easy to discern from the property description. And finally, fine-print-wise, there was a separate lease to be signed, outside the VRBO app purchase, and this along with the physical keys required for access (no lock box or code access), required snail-mail both prior to the trip and after to return the keys. The trash can situation was a bit tricky as well as there were at least a dozen trash cans with mis-matched lids that blew away when we put them at the curb Sunday night, and it did not look like there was actually a pick-up happening on Monday. But overall, a beautiful place.

This was my first experience booking under VRBO and thankfully the property I selected is managed by a manager who replied “ to my multiple messages” promptly and patiently knowing my questions to him we’re definitely a newbie. The property was exactly as posted. Immediate access to the beach. Full ocean view on two levels. Easy to and from the beach for our family. With 10 of us including 4 small children there was plenty of room and even hide if you wanted. The layout was great. Accommodations were excellent. Beautiful setup throughout the entire property. Will definitely re-book for next year.

Location was great, right on the beach and close to shopping, restaurants and bars!

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. We loved it so much last year we decided to stay for two weeks this year! You can’t beat the location and the house is fully equipped with everything that you need. The beach is just steps away from peace and tranquility! Jakob is very responsive, kind and super easy to work with.

The property is beautiful and spacious! We stayed with two kids under 5 and four adults and there was space for everyone. The views are truly gorgeous and access to the beach is SO easy. Jakob was wonderful to work with and made the process extremely easy. Sea Isle City was lovely, even in the off-season. On rainy days, we took quick drives to the Zoo and Aviation museum with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful trip! Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway. Be prepared for lots of steps!

The property is gorgeous and well cared for. It has every amenity and a grocery store right around the corner for any essential you didn’t bring along. I didn’t realize there were 4 bedrooms (2 masters and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each). The stairs were definitely a workout, but the view was absolutely worth every step! Thank you for sharing your little piece of Heaven with us.

Just a joy

Enjoyed our stay, but needs a few updates.

Location more than made up for the general congested housing in Sea Isle City. We felt like royalty in the fourth floor master suite, with the gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Good cardio work out bringing things in to fourth floor, Living area floor plan great for groups, plenty of escape space for alone time. Little to no noise audible from other side of duplex, even with a small (well behaved) child. Would definitely go back!

This house is great. We enjoyed our stay. The amenities and supply could have been better, but the location and view compensated it. Definitely will recommend and will come back again.

The off-season weather was nice enough, so we enjoyed playing in tide pools with kids. Those pools form right in front of the house on the beach and water gets warmed up by the sun. Also, you can collect shells by the bridge on the southern side of the island next to Avalon (there’s a beach without large waves). This was a workation for me and vacation for the family. I had to work at least half days and it felt like oceanfront (unexpectedly) gave me a better ability to focus. While the nature around here is amazing, the technology is less so, at least as of March 2021. Mobile phone signal is weak in the house. Provided 2.4 GHz wifi network had high-speed Xfinity service behind it. It worked for basic needs, but produced gaps in audio/video during my conference calls. Public xfinitywifi from next door came to rescue a few times, but it eventually failed and I had to switch back to default. There are no coffee shops in March that are walking distance, but there’s a coffee maker in-house. I did a run to nearby Acme to get a bag of ground coffee and made it at home. Property manager was very responsive. Improvements I would ask for: - Enable 5GHz wifi and add more access points to provide better reception inside the unit. - Make signup easier via electronic signatures through services such as HelloSign. - Consider a code lock, key lockbox or digital lock to avoid mailing keys. - I would probably have paid the cleaning fee if it included other stuff, such as bed sheets, towels, etc.

Very comfortable, spacious accommodating, and well-furbished property. We absolutely loved our stay here. Amazing ocean and beach view from large bay windows. You can watch the ocean from the couch.

Everything you ever want is here for you to enjoy. Sunrises were the best from the fabulous balconies.

Our stay was excellent. The house is located at perfect location for intimate family stay. We had lots of privacy and great walks on the beach. The house was large and comfortable to accommodate large family although we were only four.. It was easy to deal with the owner and all logistics details worked out efficiently . We will use the property again in our next trip to shore. Highly recomended.

This house was amazing for my family!! Beach Front with a private entry. Woke up to beautiful sunrise as this house is not blocked on left side so the views were fantastic! Highly recommend. The Property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. Looking forward to rent again next year. Cathy
