This was our first visit to this part of Florida. The Santa Rosa Beaches are beautiful white sand. Big Fish is an amazing house overlooking the Gulf and a five minute walk to the beach. We were 12 adults and children and the house was spacious. High ceilings, great views from the porches, and large rooms made for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is one of the better equipped we have seen. Beds are comfortable and the house is well furnished. Payson was great to deal with. It is a fifteen minute walk to Seaside which has shops and restaurants, a fun place for kids. Good restaurants,supermarket close by and of course a great beach make it an ideal location. Pool area is pleasant and plenty of towels and lounge chairs. Glad to have a new destination in Florida.

Very nice property with wonderful beach access. Though the pool is on the smaller size it was a big hit with the grandchildren. We did not have to cross 30A in order to get to the beach. But backing up to 30A did result in noise from car traffic and pedestrian traffic.

The house is incredible. Very clean and well cared for. We loved riding bikes into Seaside and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

We celebrated my husband's 65th birthday over the Labor day weekend. We had a couple of rainy days so we were very happy with the house layout. The kids enjoyed the downstairs den while the adults enjoyed the 2nd floor living area. We ate breakfast each morning on the 2nd floor outdoor area and enjoyed our coffee over looking the gulf from our 3rd floor deck. The house was as presented. We were very pleased with the location, the kids enjoyed riding the bikes to the candy and icecream store near seaside. 5 stars!

We just loved this home so closed to the beach. This home was so lovely and well kept. Loved the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything to cook with. Every room was just beautiful. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful home in an awesome location. Three houses down from public beach access, and didn’t have to cross 30A! Our family of 9 all had ample space in beautiful bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Plenty of family space indoor and out for dinners, games and relaxing! Truly a fabulous vacation!

Big Fish was perfect for our vacation with multiple families. There is so much space and enough separation that everyone had privacy when needed but lots of room to come together for meals, game time, and pool time. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook big meals and lots of seating options. GREAT location, close to the beach access and Seaside. Will hope to go again!

The house was great. Cool layout with good separation of sleeping areas. Kitchen was furnished excellent. Easy walk to the beach with 52 steps on stairway to go down to beach. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. My only complaint would be the size of the pool was small for the size of the house. Our 9 grandkids filled it up with no adults in the pool.

A great family getaway! This was our first visit to Seagrove Beach. The Big Fish House did not disappoint. This house was everything we could have hoped for. They layout was perfect for our family. The spacious common area was perfect for meals and family time. Great pool area and the poolside kitchen was an added bonus for snacks and drinks! Plenty of privacy for individual family units. A+ stay

Great property and great location for my group! Everything we needed for cooking, hosting, and relaxing was onsite. Pool was great, and got good sun on the days when some didn't want to go to the beach. I couldn't get the HDTV working for the Masters Tournament, but I brought my Apple TV and hooked it up no problem. Overall a big fan of Big Fish!

Nice big house with unique layout that allows those who want to get away from others to find nice quiet spots. Can't beat the location and views from the master bedrooms are awesome.

Wisconsin Families Vacation
Big Fish House on Seagrove Beach was beautifully decorated, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Also nice beach towels, chairs and toys for the grandkids. Took a break from the beach mid-day and kids enjoyed the pool (well worth the extra cost to have it heated during our Feb. 26 - Mar. 5 stay) We also rented bikes and enjoyed rides to seaside for more shopping and food choices. Many things to do along the Emerald Coast! Thoroughly enjoyed our first time to this area, and hope to be back in the future. Thanks much to all at Big Fish House for sharing your home! We had a Relaxing Vacation!!

Best Vacation Ever
The property was perfect for my family. Everyone could enjoy each other and we all had retreats for quiet time. The beach was close and beautiful. The location was near enough to town to walk! It was our first time visiting the Gulf. As my three year old grandson said, “we are coming back to the Fish House!”

The weather unfortunately did not cooperate much this trip, but the house fit our needs so well that our extended time spend indoors was very pleasant. Beautiful home
The home was exactly as expected! Beautiful, with tons of space to spread out. The communication prior to our stay was great, and the check in and check out process was painless and simple. We had 5 kids in our party with ages ranging from 6months to 8 years old and the kids loved the heated pool for times when we were stuck at the house with napping babies. Highly recommend for large families, but make sure you’re ready to climb a lot of stairs, both in the home and going to/from the beach. We definitely got our workouts in!

LOVED THIS HOUSE! It was the perfect location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and deck space was the perfect hangout spot for our large group. The property manager replied quickly to our questions and even let us check in early.

The pool was great for our little ones. The house was very safe to stay . Definitely recommend this home to stay in. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Great at night hearing the ocean.

Wonderful!
This house is wonderful! I have never stayed at a house that is so well stocked for large groups. There are so many thoughtful touches. Two sets of utensils, TONS of bath and beach towels, several large tables, etc. We felt so comfortable here! Additionally, the pool alarm made us feel very safe with kids around. True walking distance to Seaside — could not be more convenient.
Wifi was a little spotty, but I don’t expect technology perfection at the beach. We reset the router several times and that helped.
Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our group!
We loved this house! Great kitchen, living room, and outdoor areas for our group. We would book it again for next year but it is already taken for the week we need. Short walk to the beach access. Less than a mile walk to Seaside.
