Very clean and updated. Terrific place to stay on Kiawah Island. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again next time we travel here.

The villa was perfect for our first visit to Kiawah Island. All the rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. The appliances were new, with a kitchen stocked with all our cooking needs. The living room had a nice sectional with a large TV. Stay at this villa for a wonderful time!

Close to beach, Golf , bike paths for days ! Beach clean , not crowded . We saw Dolphins , Deer , crabs , pelicans. Very relaxing.

Love staying at any iTrip property and The Blue Pearl was no exception. Perfect!

Everything was very simple in booking, checking in and out. You get texts and emails with all important info to have T your fingertips. They will tell you if early check in is available. They will reply immediately at any time if you text. We stayed late august, so kiawah was quiet albeit hot (but hey it’s SC)

Beautifully decorated and updated! Great location and convenient to the beach. Very quiet and serene. Would suggest that the master bed have the same quality of mattress that the second bedroom beds have.

We truly enjoyed staying at this villa for 4 nights! It was very family-friendly and was a very convenient walk or bike ride to the beach. The unit was also newly renovated and had a great kitchen, plenty of space, and very modern bathrooms and bedroom amenities. The lagoon was amazing and we saw all kinds of wildlife. Thanks for providing a great vacation rental for our enjoyable trip to Kiawah! 5 stars.

We stayed in this lovely condo for 7 nights. It was exceptionally clean, had all the necessities, a cozy couch to curl up, a comfortable bed & a lovely little patio overlooking a pond. We spent each morning on the patio sipping coffee, enjoying the sounds of the morning. The neighborhood is incredibly private & quiet and very close to the beach. We rented bikes and mostly got around the island this way all week. We absolutely loved our stay & hope to come back and visit next year. Thank you again for everything - we loved it!

This was our 5th trip to Kiawah Island and without a doubt this was the best condo we have stayed in. The reservation process from the beginning to check out time was seamless. Complimentary cookies and wine greeted us as we entered. The condo was sparkling clean, even the screened porch!!! The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. Although, the non-sticks frying pans were worn with scratches and should be replaced. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the sheets and towels were pure white. Complimentary sample sizes of shampoo, conditioner, soap and face wipes were an added perk! We loved seeing alligators, turtles and birds from the porch overlooking the pond. The condo is easy walking or biking distance to the beach. We thoroughly loved our stay and we will be back!!!

Very nice space, with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space exactly as advertised and described in prior reviews. Was also stocked with a couple days of paper towel, soaps, etc... more than even expected. Mattresses could be upgraded, but other than that, easily 5 stars.

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and tidy. We enjoyed walking to the beach and loved how serene it was. Our favorite part was the porch where we could watch the gators swim by!

Spending each morning on the porch was the perfect start to the day, we loved the wooded area the home is situated in and it’s proximity to the beach on foot or bike worked out well for all of us. The kitchen is nice and open so it was fun to cook at home one night. Loved it!

We have lived in SC for 25 years, but never been to Kiawah, and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was everything we expected and was very clean. Communicating with the management was quick and easy. The location was just right, and near enough the beach to be able to walk. We rented bikes and had a great time finding our way around. This was a quiet time of the year, and we easily were able to book reservations at the restaurants we chose.

We had a lovely stay and all we needed to enjoy our long weekend. Thank you for opening your beautiful villa to us -- the wine and cookies were an extra special and thoughtful touch! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for our family - clean, comfortable, great location close to the beach, tennis courts and walkable to the Sanctuary.

Our only complaint would be no instructions on how to get channels on the TV- hubby wanted to watch golf and we could not figure it out😩 Great place, very clean and super easy check in and out.

Stayed here for five nights with my husband and two teenage daughters. The inside of her condo was beautifully decorated and we loved the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. The location was great, but just be aware that it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and on the second day we rented bikes which made things so much easier and more enjoyable in terms of getting to and from the beach each day. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and the check in process/check out process was super simple. Only had two very minor complaints which would be that the accessory appliances such as the coffee maker and toaster could really use an upgrade. For the luxury of the condo, these were on par with a college dorm room. We couldn’t even fit our toast into the toaster because it was so shallow and cheap. My only other second minor complaint would be that the cushions on the outdoor porch could use an upgrade. They are cream color and have a fair amount of staining/discoloration. A multicolor fabric would definitely do better to hide the appearance of any wear and tear and they could for sure use to be replaced as they just did not fit in with the overall decor/vibe of the condo. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this rental!
