Had a wonderful time with friends. Two minutes to walk on the beach, plenty of eating places nearby. Management was very responsive. Highly recommended.

I would definitely return to this property. It was clean and cozy . The two porches, one with a view of the ocean, were a great addition. Great location, great amenities.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was as described. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The building itself is showing its age and the sound travels easily between floors. Loved the porch and peaceful walks in the neighborhood and on the beach.

Loved this place - location, quality of accommodations, access to the beach all terrific. Everything in the listing was accurate and the communication with the property manager was great. Wine and cookies was a nice touch. Perfect for one or two couples. Would definitely stay here again.

October being a cooler time of year, we wondered about the location. However, it was a great visit. The condo was just as it was pictured and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and cookies were left for us to enjoy, lovely welcoming touch. This time of year was great, no crowds, felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Going back sometime, will definitely look at the same condo and time of year. A recommendation for breakfast would be The Vicious Biscuit, went there twice.

This was the perfect location to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed the porch for sunrises in the morning.

It was the perfect choice for our trip. Every morning and evening was spent on the patio drinking coffee enjoying looking and listening to and at the surf.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Isle of Palms for 5 years now, staying at a different rental each time, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. We've even stayed at the resort/ hotel, and this still beats it. As a family of four with a toddler and an infant, this condo was perfect. The size and location were perfect, and everything was cleaned very nicely. We had extra towels and bedding, and never felt like we needed more. Overall, the condo was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!

Everything was good. Need to replace TV it’s old and had trouble connecting our Roko but problem was resolved quickl, clean porch furniture, try to eliminate high pitch ringing sound in Master bedroom.

My family was thrilled with the condo - clean, open, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the comfortable beds as well as the ocean view from the porch. I definitely recommend!!

Everything was perfect! The communication was seamless, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from my own home and every inch of the place was spotless. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Charleston.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our 3-night / 4-day stay at Flip Flop Fun. The apartment was nicely decorated, well appointed and very convenient to the beach and pool. The outdoor balcony had nice views of the ocean and we were even able to catch an evening sea breeze during a VERY warm weekend."

The condo was as pictured. It was neat and clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware! Beach chairs and beach towels were in the condo for our use. This was a very nice amenity! We enjoyed our stay at the condo!

Without a doubt, this was the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed in! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The walk to the beach is convenient. The view is amazing! Our kids loved the pool! Having beach chairs and toys provided was a big help to us. The beds are amazingly soft and comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There was some daily construction noise on site, but this was well communicated to us prior to our stay and did not bother us one bit. The owners are friendly and communicate well. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious, and the unit overall was very clean. As a corner unit, it got tons of natural light and the view from the screened in porch made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a mid-afternoon read (or nap), or a happy hour cocktail. It is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the screened porch, which is always a treat. We took full advantage of the easy access to the beach for morning and sunset walks along the water's edge. The property location is pretty deep into Wild Dunes, which adds a little extra time getting on and off the island, but that also means less crowds on this section of the beach, which is a nice perk. The building and the unit are showing a little bit of age, but they both seem well cared for and overall this was a great place to stay. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall we loved the property. We felt relaxed and comfortable. My only feedback would be the screen in porch was not that clean. It would have been a lovely place to sit but the furniture seemed a little dirty. The furniture on the front porch was in better condition.

We had a relaxing stay. I hoped the master shower would have been cleaner (I had to clean the vertical, lower shower head). When you pay a fee for cleaning, you expect clean

Property had everything that you could want. Including an elevator to get to our level with our suitcases. Well stocked kitchen and a beautiful lanai. Comfy beds! Super easy to get to the beach. 5 days of carefree vacation!

Condo was in good shape. Access to the beach and pool were outstanding. We would have enjoyed a bit more of near by local shopping, however Charleston has so much to offer 25 minutes away. We had not been able to take a vacation for a longer than normal period of time due to work responsibilities and this certainly did the trick and provided that great vacation feel.

The beach is beautiful and literally a two-minute walk. There is a golf-course right across the street and you can walk to the club house for lunch/dinner. For us, the condo community allowed us the peacefulness and rest we wanted, and the ability to visit the hustle and bustle as we wanted. What a beautiful home - it was so clean, organized, decorated beautifully and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in! No detail was omitted. Also, the owners were quick to reply when we had any question. If you are considering a stay in Wild Dunes, this is the home for you. FIVE STARS!
