I wanted to bring to your attention that the written description of this property is not for High Point….think it is in Ocean City (no rooftop pool, no tennis courts, not five TVs etc). However this is a great gated condo within short walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Crabby Steve’s at the end of the walkway to the beach was super convenient for lunch and/or cocktails. The bedrooms were plenty big and closet space was great. The beach service was very helpful and at this time of year not crowded at all. We have decided this is a great time to go because There were no crowds and reservations were available to all the places we wanted to go! A few minor points that should be addressed. While the condo is large enough to sleep at least 11 there were only 3 glass wine glasses and two plastic. I would think the host could at least have as many glasses as guests. I think there were about 6 coffee cups and 5-6 other glasses. A note should be given to upcoming guests that glasses will need to be brought. We were also disappointed about the TV situation. There were 4 but we could never get the LR to access cable…only streaming services. The middle BR TV was accessible. There were 4 remotes in LR but two had no batteries….we purchased some to put in the remotes and still could figure out how to watch. We searched all over the condo for TV instructions but there weren’t any. They had plenty of “house rules” posted….it would be a great help to also have TV instructions. We would definitely return.

Place was very nice, comfortable and clean. Great location! Close to beach and short walk to Rosemary Beach downtown area. It would have been appreciated if the basic condiments were provided such as coffee, sweetners and salt and pepper. An arrival kit to get through the first night until guest could get to the grocery store.

Great location and views. Condo was roomy

This property is spacious, clean, comfy and about as perfect as you can get. We had the very best stay. Walked to restaurants, the beach and never had to get in our car. Absolutely beautiful sand beach, amazing water, and kind people! The beds, furniture, all of it was jsut what we needed!

We loved how clean and well taken care of this property was- someone thought of all the small touches- a hamper, luggage rack, nightlight in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocke and the location to everything was perfect!

We loved the condo and will definitely be back!

Our family loved our stay at High Pointe 3231! It was as good as the pictures, if not better. Clean & well maintained. Perfect for our small kids & grandparents, easy access to room, pool & beach. We felt very comfortable with the security & gated community. Easy walking to great food! We will definitely be returning!

Nicely decorated and spacious condo. The balcony is in the shade beginning in early afternoon and has a great view of the beautiful pool area. Very convenient location near Rosemary Beach with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Having Crabby Steve’s on-site is a real advantage.

This condo was perfect situation for our group! Very clean condo that is positioned perfectly on the beach side of the road with a large pool that never felt crowded. I also noticed it was cleaned daily. They are extremely vigilant on security. At the front of the condo and from the beach side. Security would be there daily to ensure the condo was only accessible for guests only. Crabby Steve’s is at the end of the condos beach walkway and that is the only entrance to and from the condo from the beach which made it a little awkward always having to walk through to get to the condo campus. The complimentary bikes and chair/umbrella set up is really a very nice addition. The bikes sit right inside the condo and are easy to get. The pool and the beach chair set up does not open until 9am. Great stay and we will look forward to booking again!

If you plan to cook make sure to bring all ingredients including salt pepper etc…. Unit has plenty of cooking pans and utensils. I recommend bringing a blanket if you get cold easily. We stayed at High Point building 3 unit 231. Our family is consist of 2 seniors;3 children 10,11, and 14; and us-parents. There are eight people in total. We had a great time with all the great amenities for family included. The best part of this gated community is private beach access and a restaurant by the beach 2 beach chairs and umbrella is included, as well as,recreational tools such as 2 bikes free and kayaks to rent by the beach also available. Definitely will come back and recommend the place and the excellent service!

This was our first time to the area and we were very happy with this condo. We loved the location of being able to get to the beach easily and having shops and restaurants right across the street. The condo was comfortable, spacious, and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans to cook a meal. Everything was clean upon arrival and it appeared that the walls were freshly painted. We enjoyed our view of the pool and the Gulf in the distance. I would definitely stay in this unit again. You will not be disappointed with the location and the grounds of High Pointe.

This was our second time at High Pointe. We love the proximity to beach, restaurants, and big pool. The condo is well furnished with SS appliances so it’s nice inside. 8 or so blinds were missing from master bedroom floor to ceiling windows facing pool so got woken up when sun came up. This should have been flagged by vacasa and fixed before arrival. But anyways Vacasa management was very quick and responsive to any issues and had the blinds put in same day I called. But a word or two of caution: Bldg. 3 faces sunrise so we couldn’t enjoy balcony in morning for coffee or breakfast as there is no shade on the balcony and we were sweating within 5 mins. Also this bldg. and condo (3nd floor) is closest to pool so can hear everything happening there. Pool closes at 10pm so difficult sleeping before that with all high schoolers having fun in pool till then. Furthermore, there are so many mosquitoes at night that I could not enjoy my wine in balcony at night either. Lastly, condo next door was undergoing upgrade construction so we would start hearing loud jack hammer, drilling, hammers etc. at 8:30am so staying indoors after that was quite difficult. They were gone by 5:30pm when we came back but unfortunately, two floors up 431 kept going till 7pm violating the rules. I went up and informed the workers about 5:30pm cut off but they didn’t care and continued their grinding, drilling etc. which could be heard in this condo two floors down.. tried calling vacasa after hours and security but no one answered.. all in all good vaca but going to skip building 3 going forward and only rent in E/W even though they are bit more expensive.

We loved our girls trip to this beautiful spot. The condo was very large and we loved having 2 bikes and 2 chairs. The blinds need to be fixed and it would have been nice to know there was no beach/pool towels. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very open and spacious for multiple adults. Beautiful view of the pool day and night. Nice tile floors and rugs where needed. Need to pack a few things of your own if you want to cook. Had to do a little cleaning upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this condo & will be back.

Great location Beautiful condo A little disappointed in only 2 chair setup for 3 bedroom condo

We just got back from a wonderful week in unit 3231. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bath combination was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us the freedom to eat in when we wanted to. The living space was updated and beautiful. The location is ideal and the walk to the beach is not far at all. The chair/umbrella setup each day was a very pleasant bonus. We will definitely rebook this condo.

We loved the balcony with views of the gulf, great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the early sun. Bed rooms were very spacious. The 2 bikes and beach chairs/umbrella were a nice addition to this beautiful condo.

The neighborhood is so safe and you can find quick eats at walking distance or by the stroll of a bike. The beach is crystal white and the pool is so large! You get two bedrooms with a King Bed each. One bedroom with two queen beds and the living room has a queen sofa bed as well as a twin size sofa bed. So cozy and spacious! Loved it
