Location especially for a large group we arrived to a green, swimming pool. Someone worked on it the following day, and we were able to use it the day after that. Dish washer never worked and when they first attempted to fix it the connection to the kitchen sink was left open such that it drained water on the floor. Never got fixed during our seven day visit. Also, got locked out on the third floor balcony as the door handle wasn’t working properly. Everyone responded quickly and attempted to help but at the end of the day, not having a dishwasher for a week when we ate in every day was a real bummer.

The property is only a 3 min walk to La Ropa beach which was nice.. there were 5 couples on our trip and the house was big enough that we all had our own space and privacy when we wanted, Great place, will definitely book here again

We absolutely loved this house. It’s situated in a beautiful complex hidden off the main road. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and was only a 5 min walk to La Ropa beach. The complex is at the top of a cobblestone hill so it’s not conducive to elderly people or people that have trouble walking. Unfortunately, this caused one member of our group to have to stay back from exploring shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

We loved every day at this property. The location close to La Ropa Beach was great for daily walks. Taxis and small buses were close and easy to catch. We had a chef make us dinner in the Casa one night and it was Amazing. The property manager, Gloria was very attentive and took care of any need that may of popped up. We needed updated WiFi in the second and third floors and she had that updated in one day. The pool attendant, Francisco did a great job with the pool. We loved this area the most. Bertha, the housekeeper came three times a week and did a great job. We got to practice our Spanish with her. ❤️

A REALLY WONDERFUL FAMILY HOME. I wasn’t sure about how close it was to the beach, but upon arriving, I saw the it was just a short walk. You do have to be able to navigate about 30 yards of rather large cobblestones down to the beach and then back up again.

This was honestly such a beautiful home my friends and I had so much fun and it was so secure and we did not feel like we were in any danger. The owners are so nice and always on standby for any questions or concerns. Honestly such a great house have to recommend 10 out of 10. The only thing that I would say is that the address gets lost because you do have to go up a hill so if you are not able to walk up that hill it's tough sometimes but most taxi drivers are willing to drop you off at the top. I only say it's tough because we had a couple of events we had to go to where it was tux formal and it was a little difficult to walk down the cobblestone hill in heels. But it is amazing the view is amazing. Definitely will return back again.

Location is just a few minutes from the beautiful beach. Guards are attentive and very helpful. Owners respond in a very timely manner. We enjoyed both a dinner and a massage at the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others. It has everything you would need to enjoy your time in Zihuatanejo.
