This property is a great option for a small group. The space has been updated and has all the amenities you'll need to make a great stay. Communication was great and host was very responsive... going so far as to purchase some new blankets and drop them off while we were out enjoying the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked... beyond what I've found at most other rental properties. Ground floor is great for pool / lawn / beach access. 110% satisfied with our stay!

What a fantastic property. All one level and our friend with a walker could just go everywhere. Perfectly appointed, great spices on cupboard and the location was incredible!! We loved every moment.

This condo unit was perfectly located. The ground floor unit provided easy access to the pool & beach w/ everything you need to enjoy both. The Farmers Market, coffee cafe & ABC store across the street was extremely convenient. Having the in-unit washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Beds were very comfortable.

Our stay was so comfortable and cozy. Clean and beautiful just as the pics online showed us. Walking to the beach was a big plus. Location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go! Thanks for the great stay.. We will be back soon

The listing is very accurate with modern, updated, and beautiful decor. Stocked with everything we needed. The location was my favorite part. Ground floor with amazing view of pool and ocean. Steps away from the pool, the beach, and the BEST bakery and shaved ice spots on the island. We went to sugar beach bakery and the shaved ice daily. Across the street is also a gift shop and Abc store. The overall location is central so we could get anywhere on the island quickly. Thanks for the amazing stay. We would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. Perfect bottom floor location beside the pool. We had a 1 year old and it was a perfect place for her to relax between running to the pool and beach! Thank you for having us! We plan to be back.

We loved the central location. Very easy to get to various parts of the island. Loved being across the street from ululani shave ice and sugar beach bakery. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had regarding amenities. Comfortable beds and extra portable AC units in each bedroom.

This condo is in perfect condition and very clean. No bugs anywhere inside or on the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. Very nice bathrooms. There is convenient parking and a locked storage area for our rental paddleboards. You need to arrange for a key to access this area from the management. Beach access to the ocean is right there. Generally, the water is very calm so we were able to paddle board almost every day. A curious whale calf surprisingly came right up to my board one morning, which I never thought would happen! The mother whale just watched at a distance. We were only 500 years off shore. A memory which will last a lifetime.

I spent a lovely week in North Kihei in this garden level corner unit. The place was spotless when I arrived, and fully equipped with anything I could need for my stay. The welcome basket of macadamia nuts and Hawaiian shortbread cookies was a nice touch. The location in N Kihei was perfect - just a short 15 minute drive to shops and restaurants, and immediately across the street is a farmers market, ABC store and busy shave ice store (Ululani’s). This is an older building, which had two major advantages. One: SOLID construction (never heard a peep from the surrounding units) and Two: constructed on the ocean front - the beach literally a few seconds walk across the pristinely manicured lawn and well maintained pool. Luigi and his crew were friendly and helpful. Special kudos have to go to Adam, who, upon learning my rental was rear-ended in a road rage incident in Lahaina, offered to pop the dent out while I went for a walk on the beach. Although the car will still need repair, his efforts surely saved hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Thank you Adam! The unit owner, Paul, was equally gracious when I had to reduced my stay by one day because my flight home was a day earlier. I highly recommend and would stay at the property again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for the hospitality!

Let's start with the great. The condo is very tastefully decorated and nicely appointed. Check in was quite easy with no issues. The property manager was very quick to get back to me with information. We loved having the pool and the beach steps away from our unit, as well as having an ABC store, Ululani's Shave Ice, a bakery and farmer's market nearby. The location was pretty convenient to most of what we wanted to get to. Everything was great until Friday. Maui was experiencing some heavy rains. The street, parking area, entire property, and all of the first floor units in the building flooded. We ended up with about 3 inches of mud and water in the condo. There would have been a lot more, but we did not open any doors. We scrambled to get our stuff packed and out of the water, as well as many of the propert items. This area also flooded in December of 2021, so not uncommon. Where the condo is located is probably one of the lowest points in Kihei. Farther up South Kihei Road faired much better than we did. I was also extremely disappointed with the communication during the flooding. Nobody seemed to care about us, or even offer to help us find alternate accommodations, since we were unable to stay in the condo. We were very fortunate to have friends that live in Kihei that were able to let us stay with them for the remainder of our trip. They were quick to refund our last 2 nights and our cleaning fee (after pushing).

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. And access to the beach was so easy. It was obvious that the steps were being taken to illuminate bugs, but there were ants in the kitchen on the counters when there was no food on there. Overall, this was a great place and we will definitely stay here again.

Book here now! This place is the perfect location to get to all the Maui must do’s. Whale watching up in Lahaina, snorkeling on Makena beach, and the road to Hana! Paul was super responsive and for us, it’s the little things that make the difference. Awesome Hawaiian treats left for us, the use of beach chairs and noodles, the views from the lanai!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Fabulous property in a great location! We all absolutely loved this property! A quiet, clean and beautifully decorated unit, right on the beach and across from the pool. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The grocery store across the street was so convenient! Super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to any one! Communication with the host was fabulous. Really, I can’t say enough wonderful things!

Condo is beautiful and full of everything you need. Very clean and super convenient to the pool and beach. The lanai is wonderful to sit and listen to the ocean. The beach chairs are great and we also enjoyed the boogie boards. They had lots of things there that you wouldn’t think of needing until you did. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. High end linens and bath towels made for the extra comforts of home! Central location is perfect! Point grounds are kept very clean and my family and I felt safe the entire stay!

The Condo was perfect for four adults. Loved the first floor corner location- near the pool and beach access. For the activities we had planned the location was pretty centrally located. Beds comfortable. We would stay here all over again. Beach was beautiful- not overcrowded.

This spotless, remodeled condo was perfect for me, my husband, and 16 year-old son. We enjoyed the comfortable king beds and separate bathroom areas. There were upgraded linens and towels, along with thoughtful shampoo/conditioner/soap starter kits (and cute welcome gifts as well). The air conditioner units worked great plus had a dehumidifier setting in the bedrooms (kept bedding and clothes from feeling damp). I usually don’t book ground floor units, but found we really enjoyed the convenience of being able to grab a quick cup of coffee/drink and walk right off the back patio a few steps and watch the ocean. We spent a lot more time on the beach since we didn’t have to lug chairs, towels, and bags a long way or across a busy street. It’s only about 20-25 steps from patio to beach. There were families using the pool during the daytime but noise really wasn’t an issue. People observed the quiet hours and the bedroom AC unit/fan drowned out any daytime noise if we wanted to nap. The early morning and evening hours were quiet and peaceful listening to the waves from the back patio table. Finally, we liked the north Kihei location. The beach was clean, less crowded, and several miles long. Thank you so much for a wonderful get-a-way! 😊

Beautifully remodeled, don't let the building's exterior fool you. Unit has everything you need, with comfortable furnishings, kitchen has all you need for making wonderful meals, and high end finishes. Excellent WIFI. Beach chairs, beach towels. boogie boards, pool noodles, and pool floats provided. Every detail considered. Cool breezes keep the unit comfortable, but each bedroom has separate AC units. Steps from beach and pool. if you want to hear the surf and relax, walk on the beach and run from ocean to pool, this is the place for you. The pool is right outside the door, so if people enjoying the pool is not something you want to hear, that is something to consider, but the quiet hours are observed and we enjoyed the ground floor convenience. The location in Kihei is away from the busier part of the area. With a wonderful bakery, farmer's market and shaved ice directly across the street. Suggestions: a few more hooks to hang wet towels. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui, we would stay here again.

The room was very clean and updated, the beds were very comfortable, two bathrooms was very useful with a family of four, the location was very convenient, and the access to the beach was the best thing (100 feet or less). The other tenants were very enjoyable.

I wanted to have a trip filled with relaxation, laughter & fun with my three daughters (14, 25 & 30). The condo location was perfect to walk steps to the sandy beach. Boogie boards, beach towels, chairs & other beach items were stocked for our use. Great location near Lahaina, Wailea, and it is 15 minutes from the airport. Overall clean, well kept condo. We definitely recommend this condo!
