Immersed in the mountain and felt like we were the only ones there.

Great property for a large Family with plenty of places to sleep. House is dated which gave it a more homey feel to it. Great views, short trip into town. Would stay here again for sure!

Plenty of inside entertainment if you needed it (TVs, Mrs. Pac Man arcade game, board games). Plenty of room to spread out if needed too. Close to downtown Breckenridge, it was only a few minutes' drive. Summit was very communicative during our visit, checking in on us several times via text. We had no issues with the home or the stay overall and would rent from Summit Mountain again.

The house we stayed in was great with an amazing view. The only issue we had was that it had a lot of dog hair everywhere and I mean a lot!

The property is very well managed we were so happy to have everything available that we could have possibly needed. So many board games cards etc available in main living room. Tvs in all areas the hot tub was ready to go and perfect location for it. Everything was better than expected. Best of all you could turn off all the outside lights and stargaze right off of the property amazing skies.

We had a great time staying at the Blue River house! The house is very spacious, which was nice for our large group to have room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed for us to cook meals at home. The hot tub is a fantastic plus. The views of the mountains from the main floor make for a truly picturesque setting. Would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles if staying here in the winter, we could not have made it up to the house without it! Would be happy to stay here again on future trips!

Property was gorgeous!!!! The house had everything we needed!!!! Does need a new grill that was the only complaint. Would totally recommend!!!!!

if you staying in December YOU WILL NEED 4X4!!!!. SNOW AND ICE EVERYWHERE. Please prepare for lots of snow, the views were incredible, truly we had a white Christmas. Love the cabin and the views, works stay here again

This property is large and well equipped for being comfortable during your stay. The outdoor areas are beautiful and were covered with snow which we enjoyed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and the kitchen had all we needed and then some. The house is large so family members could spread out to read, watch a movie, play games. We had an awesome time and loved the location. Only recommendation is to add a second trash bin outdoors.

We loved the house, it was big enough for our multi family vacation. We had enough beds for all 12 of our guests and extras! The view was delightful and we managed to sneak out to watch the sunset from the hot tub!

This cabin has plenty of space and you definitely need 4x4 to get to the cabin. We had a great stay.

A bit on the older side, but the views are great, and I actually like that they've put a lot of beds just everywhere - lots of room to sleep. Well maintained, the thermostats were a bit tricky for us to get just right. There are a few little things here and there that the cabin needs maintenance-wise, but nothing that interfered with our stay. We enjoyed the clean, big hot tub, we loved sitting on the deck at night and talking. Since the house is a bit older footsteps and voices carry very well so you may want to bring a white noise machine or two for sleeping. It's about 10 minutes South of Breckenridge so far enough out to feel like you're really secluded (there are plenty of neighbors so don't expect to be TOTALLY isolated) but you're close enough to town that it's really easy to jaunt over for skiing, hiking, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was very well appointed but there are so many good restaurants in Breck that if we did this trip again we would just plan on breakfast at the cabin only and we would eat lunches and dinners out. That's what we ended up doing anyway so we trucked a lot of food back home. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was easy to access. Please take the 4wheel drive requirement seriously as it was very much needed! The hot tub was very nice, and overall the house was very nice as well. The heaters could've been explained a little more as downstairs was really odd trying to figure out how the heat actually worked.

the place is nice but most the beds had dirty sheets, stains in the comforters. Hot tub was nice! Maybe provide more towels next time. The driveway is interesting 4WD is a must like they say! House had plenty of pots/pans everything for cooking. Great view

This place was great! Located 15 minutes from the main area of town and really a great place to spend the weekend. Would definitely come back.

We had a group of 9 ladies staying at this home for a long weekend. The views from this property are amazing! The hot tub is a huge plus, too. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking necessities, and everything was very clean. The downstairs did get a little warm at times, so we opened the windows for a little while to let in some cool air. We would love to come back and visit again!

Too hard to get in and out of property even with AWD; Denver car rentals didn’t have enough 4x4 o AWD; twice had to be helped and pulled out by a fantastic neighbor. House has several remodeled zones and some older ones, which should be fixed. Had a bard time with heating; could never get the whole house at a correct temperature. Either roasted or froze. Loves the hot tub, best feature! Immediate help from management always.

All in all we enjoyed our time at this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to beautiful Breckenridge and some great skiing. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but in the grand scheme of things they were outshined by the views from the hot tub, and great and prompt communication with the manager.

Great location, spectacular views, awesome deck. Plenty of room in the house. Kitchen was great. Only issue was heating in basement and very few fans. If you go in the summer, you need fans for circulation so the upstairs rooms don't get too hot. Overall a great place. Would stay again.

Had a great stay

Some minor issues, but we really enjoyed our first visit to Colorado!

This property was everything we needed for a weekend ski trip with friends from out of town. The property was plenty large enough, and had enough beds for all guests. The kitchen, while updated, was lacking some basic amenities (such as a crock pot, large pots and pans, etc.), and had some dirty dishes in the cabinets. There were also some empty beer cans, empty beer cases, and cigarette butts outside by the hot tub. Other than those minor details, the property was clean, well equipped, and worked for everything we needed it to.

We loved visiting Breckenridge! The house we rented had some plumbing “poo water” that flooded the basement. We had to move upstairs (2 babies) called multiple times and they came out multiple times. We finally had to say we were leaving on the 3rd day. Only Then they offered us another house. I tried multiple times to get ahold of the manager to work this problem out with no luck. We drove 30 minutes in ice/dark to pick up keys for a keyless entry. Not very organized. Will not be renting from them again. Vacasa will be our go to.

This home was better then expected. Well stocked kitchen, supplies and games. An unexpected bonus was that the kids enjoyed sledding right outside the door, down the driveway. Located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views. Nice updates especially in the master suite and bathroom. My only concern would be if you have small children the posts on the upstairs railing are at least 10” apart and the blinds have long cords that could pose a danger. We had a great time!
