This property was one of a kind. The views, the layout, the pool, the trees and flowers. Everything was in order and complete for our family’s week long stay. The home helped us all relax and rekindle our relationships. We could home-base out for journeys to any part of the island. A few days we just stayed and played. Highly recommend the home. Noelani and staff were great help and responsive. Recommend loading up at Costco. The separate refrigerator and freezer will hold enough for 8 for a week. Two dishwashers! Words will not state the beauty and serenity of this place. Aloha

The house was better than the listing. We’ve rented many nice houses on VRBO, but this was the crème de la crème. Great condition, well furnished and supplied. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Our group of 10 (ages 7-60) absolutely loved this house. You cannot beat the view, the sunrises, the pool, or all the extras the house had to offer. First, the kitchen, the double dishwashers were amazing for our big group. The kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil & appliance we needed. It was well stocked with condiments of every variety, oils for cooking and every spice & seasoning you’ll need. The coffee station was greatly setup as well with k-cups, and grounds. Then there was both the indoor & outdoor tables we could all enjoy the meal at. 10/10 The pool was incredible- the water slide, zero entry pool, water toys, hot tub, and all the places to sit around and enjoy watching people swim. 10/10 The outdoor accommodations were amazing- tons of lounging space, outdoor games, outdoor fans, soft lighting for evenings, it was literally perfect. 10/10 The beds were similar to what you’d get at a hotel- they aren’t your bed at home, but they work. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels, wash clothes, extra blankets and the flashlights on each night stand were a great touch. 8/10 The property is located in a lovely part of the island if you don’t want to be on top of other tourists or crowded- which is exactly what we were going for. It’s about an 1 hour drive to Kona or Hilo but everything on the island is a bit of a drive so this didn’t bother us. 10+/10 Overall the stay was everything we could’ve asked for. Enough space to have alone time, but plenty of amazing ways to be together at the house as well.

I cannot say enough about this place. Unforgettable views, wonderful layout, tropical pool with a slide… this place has it ALL. It’s exactly the Hawaii experience you are looking for. I don’t think I could stay anyplace else on the Big Island now.

Upon arrival, Noelani had lit candles and left Hawaii music playing which felt like we were walking into a magical paradise. The stunning cliff view was visible from the door and wow, I have never seen anything so beautiful - even more gorgeous than the photos. Each bedroom also had wall-to-wall windows and stunning views - which felt like 4 master suites and the fifth room was an amazing surprise, too. The pool, hot-tub and slide were super fun as were the frogs that chirped at night. The big island is big...which was the only drawback as the remote location meant lots of driving to see everything, but perfectly suited for a relaxed getaway and we left knowing we will have to return to this amazing island.

The moment we passed through the entry gate, we found ourselves in a genuine Hawaiian paradise. From the natural beauty and stunning views to the well-stocked and maintained property, everything was ideal for our trip with our three adult children and their significant others. Taking in the views of Waipio Valley and the ocean, including the occasional whales swimming by, the beauty of the landscaping across the huge property, the pool and of course, the gourmet kitchen is where we spent most of our time. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. The secluded outdoor shower in the main house was a surprisingly nice touch. A very unique and special property.

Just an unbelievably wonderful property. From the layout to the well appointed kitchen and spectacular view, just amazing. Nothing even approaching a complaint. Property management team communicated well and was very responsive. Absolutely top notch experience and we hope to return.

The house is everything you could possibly ask for-- Luxurious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's also in the most breathtaking location I've ever seen. There are few (if any) houses in the world that could rival this one. The property manager was very kind as well. Our inbound flight was cancelled, and she went over and above to help us problem solve our next steps in getting to the house. I couldn't ask for anything more in a vacation experience. I'll be dreaming of this place until I'm lucky enough to return again...

My family and I made fresh sushi the first night & enjoyed the chefs kitchen, my daughters whom are 6 & 7 years old never left the pool and water slide area which is gated in. There are many very private bedroom spaces for everyone to not feel on top of each other & the location to Waipio valley is the closest you can get in a home like this one. Thank you for an amazing home rental, but also the experience we all will always remember!

Superb inside/outside living with separate living spaces for kids. Appreciate the option of an outdoor shower. Tasteful and high end furniture, appliances and dining ware. Jessi was a delight and super helpful and responsive in every way. It's remote but once you are stocked up, you are set in paradise.

We had a private chef come a cook a meal for us and they absolutely LOVED the property. We have already discussed when we will be able to return. We did find it a bit warm in the house because some of the fans didn’t work at full capacity and without a/c we needed all the air we could get. Thankfully, it was much cooler at night making it overall not too big of a deal. We are still awaiting our returned deposit but hopefully that will take place soon. If you are looking to book a fantastic home do yourself a favor and book already.

The property is amazing and the views spectacular. The pool was perfect for the kids and the large kitchen was nice for cooking for all of us.

This home far exceeded even our own lofty expectations: it is a truly unique and wonderful property that is the perfect setting for a gathering of close family and / or mfriends. First and foremost, it is a truly unique location with stunning views of the ocean and cliffs of Waipio. I cannot imagine a more stunning site , on a promontory about 1500 above the ocean that has incredible sea vistas and a truly one of a kind view of the dramatic cliffs of Waipio ( you can even see Maui in the clouds). The home has some of the most unique views that are unobstructed and dominate the property. Second, the home is isolated - you do not see any other homes or buildings. Just the beautiful coastline and sea, as well as beautiful gardens and land lining the driveway. The downside to such remarkable peace and isolation is that you have to drive to get anywhere - to get to the other side of the island takes about 45 minutes. But the roads cut through such natural beauty , and the island offers such diverse habitats that the driving is part of the experience. Third, the home has many wonderful spots to enjoy a moment alone or in meditation, and other “ party” spots , compete with a wonderful sound system inside and out. One of my favorites is Mom’s lanai. Fourth, the house was designed for get togethers , with a fabulous pool/ spa area, large indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large and well equipped kitchen and bar like settings, and great outdoor spaces. Fifth, you will remember the exceptionalness of this home forever. It truly is one of a kind and you will not regret choosing it for your milestone trip. There are many lovely beach homes but they generally do not distinguish themselves - you could be in a beach community anywhere in the world. But with this home you know you are somewhere special , somewhere like no other place on earth. At least that’s how we feel about the amazing week we spent here.

All too often things don’t live up to their billing. You see a few nicely photoshopped pics online and you get there and it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. In this case, our expectations were so far exceeded, it’s hard to put into words how much we LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! We just returned from a week in paradise, and I have to say that we didn’t want it to end. When we first arrived at the house and walked out to the back yard, our jaws hit the floor when we were introduced to the most spectacular view of the sea cliffs and the Pacific Ocean! Inside the house the kitchen was big and well equipped. It was nice to be able to eat home cooked meals while on vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The family room was great for a couple of family movie nights. The pool area was absolutely fabulous. The kids loved the pool slide! The hot tub was nice to have after a long day of exploring the island. Leading up to our stay, Pam the property manager answered all of our questions and kept us well informed. We cannot wait to book this house again in the future!

Can not say enough good things about this house. It felt like we were movie stars for a week! And the location in stunning too!

My family including 3 kids enjoyed our time there very much. The house is nice, comfortable and clean. The views are incredible. The pool is awesome - but don't plan on swimming at night or in cool weather. It is not heated. That was the only drawback from our stay.

Hands down, this is my favorite place on the planet. Everything about it... the house, the pool, the lanai, the views...is perfect. My family is lucky enough to be able to come here every year, and every time we walk through the front door it’s like coming home. There’s no place like it, anywhere. Absolute paradise.
