We had a great time at the property!

We came to celebrate my 70th bday here, with our adult children and spouses. We had a lovely time, circled around the central fireplace, playing board games and making meals and drinks. Hot tub was a big hit! The master bedroom was amazing, as were the en-suites downstairs. Everyone commented on how well-equipped the kitchen was. The appliances are top of the line, lots of prep space, and plenty of dishes & cutlery. We were thrilled to call it home for a long weekend.

Great stay at this large home a short walk to town. Loved the hot tub and open kitchen. Lots of wildlife seen from its windows, fox and moose sightings daily. Highly recommend for a comfy family stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend a long weekend with our adult kids. Great outdoor spaces to sit and catch up, beautiful kitchen to share in meal making and lovely trails for walking the dogs. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

This house was perfect! Very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice that we were able to bring our two dogs with us. We will definitely stay here in the future. Communication was great, and they were kind enough to give us a slightly later checkout time. Would highly recommend.

Ideal property for our family weekend. Ages ranged from 2 - 76. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice walking path right outside. Property manager checked with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

The house is so lovely and has everything you need. The views from the windows and decks are incredible! The neighborhood is great too. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again!

Aspen Grove Chalet was perfect in many ways. River Ridge Rentals was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and well stocked with amenities. The location was great. It was an easy drive to Main Street, close to the City Market grocery store, and had beautiful views of the mountains. It’s a direct drive down to the Gondolas and at the top of the street is a stop for the Breckenridge buses. When we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at Corkscrew Flats for our annual Thanksgiving kickoff of the ski season. The property is beautiful, well maintained & appointed, and convenient relative to town and the resort. We opted to drive down to & park at the gondola each day we skied, but could have taken a 10 minute walk to the free shuttle just as easily. Overall, we all had a wonderful time! The hot tub was especially appreciated after a long day on the slopes, and we all had plenty of room to relax and rest as a group or alone. We'll keep this on our short list of homes to look at down the road for future trips!

Beautiful and spread out inside--so having a family of 8 there was so comfortable. Multiple decks on main floor, patio, hot tub...We were there in the summer but would totally go back in winter. Great floor plan. Guests can all gather together and retreat to other spaces in the home. It is so peaceful. Very professional rental company.

We had such a wonderful time at Aspen Grove. It was above and beyond our expectations. Every evening a little red fox would run past the back windows to the delight of all the kids. The house has everything you need and more. Wonderful open layout upstairs, hot tub was a hit after three full days of skiing and just a quick drive to main st. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The cabin is modern, comfortable, roomy, and very well-appointed. The views from the cabin are amazing, right out of a winter wonderland book! We would not hesitate to book the cabin again. We had a great time with our group of 6 friends doing a ski house in Breck. 5 minute walk from the house to Breck Free Ride (free shuttle to/from town and the Breck gondola) so we didn't even need a car to get around. Warm cozy home with fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

This home is the perfect option for a family with grown kids and their kids with one master bedroom on the main level and all the other bedrooms in the lower level including another master bedroom, a second bedroom with it’s own bathroom, and a cozy bunk room with another bathroom. All of this and another living space with a fireplace with access to side patio with hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub is great to jump into after a long day on the slopes. Oh, and the slopes, they are just a mile away so you can drive, catch the free bus, or walk. Our family vacation was perfect! We will be back. Hopefully soon!
