Beautiful view, nice comfy living room and bedrooms have lots of space! Location is great for everything, eating out, skiing, getting groceries, etc!

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo. We have excellent access to the Summit County Recpath and enjoyed bike rides each day to the multiple ski resorts nearby (Break, Keystone, etc)

This is our second visit to the Lake Cliffe condos in Dillon, but first stay in this unit. The town of Dillon is lovely, quite, and convenient to a variety of activities. The view from the patio is beautiful and peaceful, the condo comfortable, and overall the unit was clean. The first floor units are much darker than the third floor units (we had friends staying in another 1st floor unit as well) and in this particular condo a fan in both bedrooms would be very useful during the summer months. There is one fan in the unit which we let the kids use and while opening the windows and patio are useful, I didn't love sleeping with the bedroom patio door open which opens to the parking lot. The base of the lamps in the master bedroom are being held together by scotch tape (super glue would fix the issue) and the floor light in the bunk room was broken upon arrival and a nuisance to try and work leaving the room dark. The lake view patio screen comes off track easily, but goes back in easy enough as well. This unit is advertised to have access to the pool and hot tub community center, but we did not locate the key to the facility in our unit. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and the condo and overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay too. Thanks for having us.

Great condo with lake view. Prime location with the marina, amphitheater, restaurants within walking distance. Dillon is the perfect winter location with several ski areas nearby.

Location was close to lake and playground and marina, but there were a couple of stains on master bedspread and the carpets need replacing. A little dark and could use more lighting. I cut my hand trying to turn on floor lamp as you could not see the sharp edges under the shade

The location was great with beautiful views! There was not much lighting at the place. Some lamps did not have working lightbulbs, as well as the patio lights were not working. Other than that it was a great place!

This was the perfect place to get away for a few days. The balcony did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen table also had the most beautiful view of the lake. So perfect in so many ways. I think if they spent about $75 bucks updating some kitchen items, it would be even better, like serving dishes, containers for leftovers, utensils for cooking silicone spatula, and some decent knives. We've stayed the last two years in Breckenridge in the forest above the town. This was even better - we hope to be back to Dillon again next year. Walk to marina, walk to bike rental, and ice cream. We rented kayaks and bikes. I recommend renting water craft ahead of time because they are VERY busy.

Pros: Good Property with nice location. Friendly neighborhood with no interference of others. Town is good with a great market. Cons: No communication with property manager.

I could live on that balcony looking at the lake and mountains all day! Easy Walking distance to lake, trails, restaurants, playground, amphitheater and more. The location is absolutely perfect! There was a bonus sauna in the unit. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was plenty of room for our family. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the clubhouse is old and outdated and smelly.
The inside of the condo is also very outdated, not very clean, only 1 parking permit, the pullout couch is broken, no dishwasher soap available and the dishwasher didn’t work either. So overall, they have minor repairs and upgrades to make and then we will return.

We loved our stay. Awesome view of the lake. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. It has a few maintenance repairs needed. I could not find a pot large enough to boil pasta (all pots are small). The unit has on metal bowl for cooking. Even with that said I would rent the unit again. Great location

The condo was great. We really enjoyed the place for a quick, one night stay in Dillon while we visited the Ice Castles. We were not able to communicate with the property manager. I did send a message via VRBO a couple of days in advance and never heard back. There was a handout in the property saying to contact the property manager with any issues. However, there was no phone number. For example, we were unable to access the pool during normal hours using the key card. My family really wanted to go swimming but we had no one to contact for help.

The codo was quite nice, and furnished failry well. The pool, hot tub, deck, location and view were amazing. Lots of TV stations. The fox running across the new snow about 40 feet from the deck was a bonus! The response by Vacasa to fix a few items couldn't have been better!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lake Cliffe many times and have always been happy. This unit was a disappointment. The patio was dirty, the patio chairs broken, the beds and baths had been cleaned, but the unit had not been dusted in a very long time. The unit could really use some updating a TLC.

When we opened front door..the cover of the vent running down the floor was off and laying in pathway. The balcony was biggest dissapointment. Painters had left plastic wrap on bannisters and heavy paper around fireplace. Logs were all over, chairs and bench dirty and stacked high. paint brush left, scraps, tape, all over floor. They were painting outdoor windows...could not enjoy the view during the day..ladders, painters were working right there. Wildernest did offer to move us to Wildernest..but did not want to leave the area..grandkids love the park, evening concerts and the pool. All walking distance. Shower in master bedroom did not work. I informed management..but nothing was done. I did request a monatary settlement but was denied.

We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. My only suggestion would be to update the stove - there was only one burner working, which was a bit challenging to cook on! They do have a grill and a working oven. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs.
