We were very happy with the 2 bedroom villa that we rented. It was spacious and the property was very accommodating in terms of supplies needed. It was well located and we took advantage of the fitness center at the property.

Our family of four plus my two parents stayed overnight during a ski getaway and loved the condo! It was very clean with tons of room for everyone! The master bedroom and bathroom are huge, and my kids loved using the Jacuzzi tub. The indoor pool complex is a short walk away and was very nice to have access to. The property is about a 15 minute drive from Butternut and was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. I can see this place being wonderful to visit in the summer as it has a lot of outdoor activities available (mini golf, several pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, and hiking). The only two drawbacks are that the condo is a 3rd floor outdoor walk up (there may be an elevator but we didn't see one) and the kitchen supplies like knives and cooking utensils could use an update. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay and if we do another overnight trip to the area, we will be sure to stay here!

We stayed for one overnight for a ski day the next day. Kids only had time for the indoor pool, but had a blast as there were two of them with hot tubs in each and not too many people. The suite was just as described and depicted. Clean, simple and elegant enough - perfect combination for the value and our needs. The only thing I would ask for is to have some tea and individual coffee packets available in the room.

I cannot believe I have been coming to the Berkshires for years and did not know of this great place to stay. It had all the amenities you need. Lee is the beginning of the Berkshires. The Unit was large, clean, and well stocked. Plan to come back annually.

We had several sales attempts to sell us time shares at the facility. This was disruptive
