Beautiful condo with kind and responsive staff! Magical place! Highly recommend.

We were picked up at the Airport on time. When we arrived we were welcomed by the staff and directly went our room. The taxi and staff assisted us with our luggage. They assisted us in many request and needs. Definitely will be back.

Easy beach access and a great spot on the island

We saw Austin most of the time who very helpful just as everyone else as well. I like to get my own things in town but they also offer a grocery shopping service which is cool. It is definitely a 10-15 minute walk from the bars but it's in a very quiet and private area. The villa was clean, spaceous, had everything we needed in the kitchen, washer/dryer that worked, great views, an unbelievable dock with private gated access! We never ran out of toiletries and had water refills on the 5 gallon jugs. Awesome place to get away and their wifi works! 5 star recommended! I will return again for sure!

This was a beautiful, clean, perfect stay for our group. It had every amenity that we needed and more. We loved the deck over the water. Plus the location made it easy for tour guides to pull right up and we were ready to jump in the boat and go! Awesome! Highly recommend

This unit had three bedrooms, which made it nice for all of us to have our private space. It is well appointed and has a very nice veranda how much we spent our mornings having coffee. it is in walking distance to very good restaurants and attractions. The dock stretches out on the water with a lovely cabana at the end. Our daughter spent most of her day there. We highly recommend this property.

From even before we arrived we were treated like dear friends with Irani arranging last minute golf cart taxi rides from the San Pedro ferry port to Velento. The whole team of staff was warm & friendly and welcomed us graciously. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, lush & flowers everywhere even at the end of dry season. The pier is as picturesque as it gets & we enjoyed reading and sunning on the loungers. My young adult kids appreciated the dock wifi so they could listen to their music out there. Our unit was on the upper floor of the north building behind the pool with the partial ocean view & the view from our patios & windows was stunning. Our unit had plenty of space for us all to be on our balcony or in our living room, or the kitchen or wherever together, and 3 bedrooms/3bathrooms made it nice for sleeping & bathing etc. We loved Caye Caulker & will absolutely return, and when we do we will book a home away from home at Velento rentals!

This is our 3rd trip at the Velento properties. Consistently clean and well managed. Beds are comfortable, quality linens. Kitchen well stocked. We meet the friendliest people at the pool. We really enjoy the island and the people who live there. Our favorite restaurants are The Pelican Sunset Grill, Hibiscus and The Blue Zen on the north. See you next year. Can’t wait.

They arranged for pick up and drop off to and from the marina via golf cart taxi. Their entire team was very respectful and helpful and went above and beyond for all of our needs. The property is beautiful and perfect for a family of eight. The area around the property is pedestrian friendly and safe. It is a short walk to the main strip with access to many restaurants and shops and the beach. We did not use the free paddle boards or the dock that is part of the property but it looked very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

This property was fantastic - very well equipped with every amenity our family needed - including a pack n play, blankets, sleeping places for everyone, full AC and a large kitchen and living area. The staff was attentive and helped us out with getting taxis to booking us a golf cart and everything in between. The unit itself is extremely well designed, and every room has its own bathroom which is pretty important for a family with many kids. The location is also very close to the main beachfront street and we were able to get around very quickly with our golf cart - although for a couple or all adults, walking would be easy enough. Highly recommended!

Although check-in time - 3:30pm - is far too late. But we were allowed to enter half hour early. Staff was very gracious. Check-out time is also a tad early - 10am. Our stay was amazing! The property was beautiful, clean and Nazle and team took care of all our needs from arranging taxi to local recommendations to day trips to Xunantunich, Cave Tubing and fishing. Our family enjoyed the pool, palapa, food and relaxed pace of the island. You can literally walk or bike anywhere on the island. We will definitely come back and stay.

This is a lovely house outside of town and somewhat walkable to everything. We had 2 couples and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2 couches pulled out to make a huge bed. The property managers were easy to connect with on what’s app. For this price, they should include basic toiletries and laundry detergent.

They had free paddle boards and a kayak and we used those and got to see stingrays and dolphins. I loved this part of the island, it was quiet and peaceful. The house itself was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds. There is A/C but with the island breeze, we opened the windows!

We used the pool, the private dock, the paddle boards, and had a fun time with the very reasonable to rent ($5/day) bikes to get around. I was there with a group of 5 women friends. We felt safe and a reasonable walking distance to everything.

We were with a larger group of 20, 6 of them were kids 11 & under. They picked us up from the dock in the golf cart which was for sure needed with all our bags. We rented one of the 3 bedroom units on the top floor, for 8, we ended up being 2 people short due to Covid, but even if they had come along there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, but there are so many places to eat on the island we didn't actually cook anything. So much easier to go out & support all the local businesses. Dee n D's waterside was our favorite place we ate while we were there. The food was amazing & they were so friendly. Actually ALL the locals were amazing. Definitely rent the bikes! Makes getting around so much faster/easier & the staff even adjusted seats for us without us asking. When going into town go out on the beach side. I don't know if its faster but somehow feels like it, maybe its the beautiful view! There is a 5 gallon water dispenser in the kitchen & they will bring refills up to your room, along with cases of beer, etc for a fee obviously but the convenience of not having to go to the grocery & lug all that stuff around is soooo worth it. The dock is amazing, we saw so much sea life. Even got a video of a hammerhead shark chasing a stingray that came right by the dock & hid underneath. We had a fishermen in our group that caught enough fish right off the dock that they made all 20 of us dinner one night! They have a few swings & a teeter totter that our kids loved playing on & there was a very friendly little girl that lived on the property that showed our kids around & they all played together very well. There are so many places on my bucket list to visit but if I had the chance I would 100% come back to VeLento properties & stay. It was hard to leave for sure :) Thank you so much for making our vacation EPIC!

This was the perfect place to stay. From the property to its amenities, I could not rave about it enough. The staff here was super helpful. They even scheduled our covid tests for us. The beach is amazing and You can rent bikes and use the paddle boards for free. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. I would definitely be back again.

This was a beautiful property and the unit was so spacious. It was nice that we were a little distance from all of the restaurants but still very close. We walked everywhere!
