- The residence is modern, well equiped and well secured - location is just 50-100 m from the beach, the port and a large supermarket - Frejus (plage) is a big tourist attraction and during the summer there are plenty of activities in the evening. Nice! - Port Frejus is a really nice harbour with many restaurants and activities surrounding the water activities. With a nice beach on the other side - The beaches are fabulous, sandy and crystal clear warm water. For an even better experience, visit St Aygulf

- residence: rooftop pool is cold and a bit of a disappointment. The pictures are stunning, but reality is less romantic. Clean though but not the main draw - parking in the street is a problem (no spaces), so make sure you book a parking place in advance (I did not), as the residence parking might be full otherwise (it was). - town: Frejus is a mass tourist town. The old town is crumbling and not worth a visit

Very nice staff. The lady manager was really willing to help us and she did a great job. The view on Cannes is speechless. Big bed and very confortable. Modern equipment in the bathroom. I know that it was very hard for them to keep the high standards, doing of Covid, but they did very well. Thanks you all. As promised, we will return in September.

No working shower for a day and after we got a new place. Heater was limited to 21C Also dead pigeon on the balcony

The location of Villa Romana / the friendliness of the female receptionist

Cramped shower room / waking up each morning with insect bites / absence of English language TV or radio channels / lack of a basic condiments pack (salt, pepper, vinegar) / "distressed" finish of furniture made the small living area feel a little shabby / lack of clarity around cleaning regimes.

Only the location was something I can be enthused about with this property.

Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable unit I have even had the misfortune to use. Apart from the need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to set it up it was unbelievably uncomfortable. Wasn't informed of a sofa bed or I wouldn't even have booked this place.
