Self check in process is so inspiring.. Location so close to Metro & Buses.. Kitchen & bathroom met my expectations..

Damage deposit requirement I didn't see before purchase. Refunding of the deposit should be faster. (within 1 day atleast). Accurate staying location hasn't informed before I went there.

The room was booked for my Son at the last minute. Communication from management was excellent and he received a complimentary upgrade. Flat was very nicely decorated and very clean. great location.

The address on the website is not the address I was given when I went to the site after joining bus for almost one and half hour. And it was raining too. They called me I have to pay breakeges deposit Online. Which is not was stated online. They created online Whatsapp group and when u call no one answers.... I have never been disappointed this way before.On top I missed my appointment the following day because I couldn't affordable close place to stay.

Staff were not helpful when asked sort problems I would never book this company again
